My mom is a patient in Rehabilitation... I was not happy from the moment she was taken to a dirty room.... so many things were off ... in our opinion... we were not greeted, given a name to talk to anyone, etc.

The next morning I complained. Ms. Tiffany Daniel immediately called. She assured me if I had any problems to please contact her. She has lived up to that promise! ... minus one thing... 😆

If you have a family member in the facility and you have issues, please contact Tiffany. If she can't help you, she will forward the message to the correct person.

My mom's best nurses were:
Number 1 and I mean Number 1: Mrs. Delores Hackett

Number 2: CNA Faith.... Faith stepped up and I see her as a true asset to the company. Never look at yourself as nothing besides one of the best!!!

Number 3: Jasmine Hightower. Jasmine is very compassionate and does her work with a smile!!!

One thing I like about your company is it's open 24 hours... Families, take the time to walk in... at a strange hour to check on your loved one.

Dislikes:

Bed linen... when are the beds changed

Showers.... how often is the patient showered

Updates... weekly updates would be great

Arrival: Patient not allowed to have clothes on when they arrive because they need to be checked first. My mom is very cold natured... I did not like that she could not have her sweatshirt and pants on the first night in 30 degree weather.

Food: Terrible, Awful, Nowhere near nutritious

Hanover Health & Rehabilitation Center is a loving and caring facility, The very first day my mom and I walked in this facility, we were greeted with pleasant and warming hearts. They care about your loved ones here, I always thought that all these type of facilities where the same but GOD definitely shined His light on Hanover Health Rehabilitation Center! During my grandma last 9 day’s here on earth the staff here took great care of Her and Her final hour’s was epic!!!! The nurses & staff comforted my mom & I with so much love and support last night/wee hours of this morning, I am crying now as I am typing and not One Staff here was mean, nasty, or nonchalant! The one nurse that last seen grandma with Her eyes open is definitely an Angel of GOD!!!! My mom and I really really Appreciate every single soul here & we ask GOD almighty Himself to continue to shine His light here and Bless all staff/team members!❤️🙏🏽

I can’t wait to I start working with y’all and my own mom and there for skilled rehab. She was not walking, or eating prior to coming to Hanover. Her therapist, and staff have been great. I have not had to say my my mom this or my mom that. They just DID. Hanover is where you want to receive the top notch rehab services they are known for. Now my mom is getting stronger each day.thank y’all so much

I had a choice of Autumn Care or Hanover Health and Rehab, which is on the Memorial Hospital choice of rehabs. I researched it all and went with Hanover Health. They are off Lee Davis near Covenant Woods. Listen, none of these places are great to be honest - it is just how it is. But what I did see and my dad felt was the staff was loving, caring and remembered everything about my dad. The staff were amazing - yeah short staffed etc, but he was always taken care of. May have taken a bit of time but it was okay - you have to realize that when you go visit and not get worked up about it. The Physical Therapy was amazing - no joke. And, over the water crisis, his phone was accidently thrown away. They compensated current value and I was in touch with the administrator and his staff, Mr. Justin and Ms. Tiffany, the entire time. While my dad never wants to go back to rehab, or never wants to eat scrambled eggs again, LOL, he really loved the women and men who were so nice and caring. It's a really hard job taking care of these folks. Some of it is not pretty and it is smelly because they are in rehab. You have to get past it. But EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER was nice, said hello/good morning/smiling, caring - not just in my dads hall - all of the halls and stations. I never saw any staff member lose their patience. In two months. Always so caring and left the patients with their dignity in tact. I visited him almost every day - I'm not a Karen - never had to be, nor want to be, but they knew I was watching constantly. Not lying, the visitors who come in are the worst and really make it hard for the staff. The staff took care of what I asked for immediately. Returned my email/phone calls immediately. I can speak with anyone who is looking for this type of care personally. Just dm me. Shout out to Ms. Tiffany - get to know her. She's killer.

I cannot put in actual words how much the Hanover Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center has impacted my family. I could never thank them enough for being there and supporting my family time after time when we faced some heartbreaking moments. The comfort, compassion and support that the caretakers rendered to my loved ones was second to none. Tiffany Daniel seemed like a part of our family, giving special attention to each one of the residents and being a comfort to each family. My father, mother in law , cousin and now my mom ; I feel had the best care at Hanover Health Care. The therapist did amazing work to help my loved ones. Any concerns, the front office, especially Tiffany did an outstanding job assisting my family. I felt comfortable going home at the end of the day knowing my family was in good care. Thank you Hanover Health Care and staff for always being there through the years. I take pleasure in giving back to the residents and staff at Christmas because you made my loved ones comfortable.

Tiffany Daniel, Admissions Coordinator/Concierge, deserves commendation for her outstanding professionalism as Admissions Coordinator. She met with my sister and I in Spring 2024 as we interviewed HHRC as a potential short term skilled nursing facility for our brother with special needs post hospital discharge. Tiffany took time with us to answer our many questions, allay our concerns, provided the information we needed, as well as gave us a personal tour of the facility.
While our brother ended up not needing a skilled nursing facility after his hospital discharge, my sister and I felt confident that HHRC would have been our choice for him.

Hanover Health and Rehab is the WORST. I worked there for only a month in the business office, and it was horrible. The place and people are PATHETIC. They even refused to mail me my W-2. They also only have a 4.3 rating because they have their staff go and create positive reviews.
