I’ve been here a few times and she does good job grooming BUT she quotes one price on phone then when I go pick up my two mini schnauzers it’s a higher price and I said no you quoted me this price on phone and she said well everything is going up! Really since two days before!!! I like Tina but she isn’t a good business person at all and not the friendliest person either…instead of talking to me about this review which I expected, she won’t do business with me anymore which is fine. Just thought it was a bit odd that we couldn’t talk.

We dropped our two dogs off for the weekend a while back. The lady asked for the vaccination records. They had just expired for one of the dogs and our vet couldn't fit him in that night. While my husband was on the phone with me trying to figure out what to do with our dog, the lady was on the phone calling around. She scheduled the appointment for us and we were able to get him vaccinated that night and go on our trip! Talk about going above and beyond!!!

We tried at least four other kennels before we found Gwen's. This is the only one we go to now, and have been for a couple years. Our Labrador is always happy to be here and always happy when we pick her up. With the other kennels, she was always sort of traumatized when we picked her up...she would be sad, not feeling well and it would take her a couple days to get back to normal. Not here though...she is always happy as can be and feeling great. They have fair prices, are super friendly and our dog is happy...love this place!

Most reasonable boarding prices ever! My two labs stayed here for 3 days during an in-town family visit, and they acted normal after pickup so I know they were well taken care of.

I just picked up are dog this evening. We boarded her Friday July 14 5pm and picked her up Sunday July 16 at 5pm. We had them give her a bath and trim her nails. She is limping badly now. I'm beyond upset with this situation. Nothing was mentioned about her paws being sore. She is hobbling around the house and doesn't even want to go outside because her paws are hurting her. She had no issues before dropping her off. Are dog is like family to us and it is very upsetting to see her like this!!!

Nice facility for the dogs and the price was reasonable. My reason for giving it a low score I called months ahead to reserve a spot and I told the owner what kind of dogs I had which are 2 huskys and 1 German shepard . The day I had to go drop them off the owner tells me she cannot take the German shepard because he is aggressive. She then starts going on how she has more issues with German shepard than pit bulls and usually does not take them. Okay if you have all these issues with German shepard then why would you not tell me that on the phone when I called to reserve a spot months ago?! So then I had to rush around at the last minute to find my German shepard a place to stay. Also the lady is not friendly. I would say if you have small dogs it's a great place for your dogs to stay and great pricing. I unfortunately will not be using this place in the future.
