This veterinary clinic is amazing!! They were so good with my lady Mae❤️ I’m so grateful we found them because they are so gentle and sweet to our puppy! All the staff are very sweet and welcoming. Lady had to get vaccines and they kept her very comfortable and calm. This will be our permanent vet for her.

Had a great experience with Dr. Miles today. I could tell he really love animals. The only doctor I have experienced that would carefully inspect my dogs health. Most Vet Doc just eyeball my pups and claims that they are healthy and charge me for a "wellness check up." Furtheremore, he spent his time on giving me a very thorough and detailed informational advice so that my pups can have a long lasting healthy lifestyle. A very patient man I must say... He was very honest and straightforward about his personal opinion during my visit. From my life experiences, I can spot an honest person by the person's vibe and I can definitely say Dr. Miles have those traits. Finding a good Doc is like finding a good mechanic. Will definitely recommend the Doc to anyone who cares about their pups!

Dr. Groves and his staff are the best in the area. I have been going there for over 10 years. They have helped me bring new pets into my family and took care of me when I had to send them back to their creator. They are always friendly, helpful and there when I need them. Because of Dr. Grove’s knowledge and experience, I won’t go anywhere else.

I bring my cat Dexter to Susan for grooming every few months. She does an amazing job, Dexter loves Susan and comes home looking great ! Highly recommend her for grooming your fur babies.

Best experience I've had at a vet. They understood mine and my kittens needs and acted with action. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and seemed happy to be there. The Doctor was outgoing. They were fairly priced (not cheap, but also not surprisingly expensive).

My puppy was on deaths door and my vet wouldn’t see her because they had a full schedule (heron creek). They sent me to an emergency vet but that vet wasn’t in yet. We drive by Groves Veterinary clinic all the time so we took a chance at 4pm and called. They got us in immediately. Dr. Groves admitted her to the hospital. The care was amazing. The nurses and techs were very nice and it felt like a Team effort! They even send me pictures by cellphone so I could see my little pup while she was away. Dr. Groves saved her life and we are beyond grateful.

Awful experience all around. Firstly I had an appointment at 4pm and didn’t leave the building until 7pm. I brought my two dogs in to catch up on their shots, and address some issues with one of my dogs- her eye and skin hot spots.

They told me she needed all kinds of stuff; skin scrap, ear check, eye stain, just a bunch of things. The tech later walked in and asked me what I wanted to do. I expressed not wanting to spend thousands of dollars as that’s what route I felt we were taking. She explained the price break down (asking for around 1400) and I said just shots and the eye issue. After taking my dogs back for two hours they finally brought my one dog back and told me she has entropion and required surgery. 30 minutes later they brought my other dog and I was on my way. I called a week later to follow up and they said the surgery was going to cost 1300.

Today- a week later- I brought them into my original vet Choice Veterinary. My appointment was 2pm, I showed up at 1:40 and was seen by 2pm. They told me she has swelling going on and irritation and did the eye stain and informed me she DOES NOT need surgery. Gave me steroid drops- not the ointment I received from this establishment, AND they gave me antibiotics for her skin without requiring me to spend hundreds of dollars to treat it. I spent $150 dollars here. Whereas Groves I was charged almost $900.

Granted their shots were about $400- but the rest of the services (just the eye) cost me almost $500. Lesson learned, this place is all about money and not care. Choice Veterinary is the best option in the area hands down.

I simply cannot say enough good things about Groves Veterinary Clinic.

We initially came here when we first moved into the area and our dog had an emergency. They handled everything with care and Dr. Groves is excellent at relaying information and answering questions.

Thereafter, all of our pets have been treated with the upmost care and respect.

Our dog was diagnosed with degenerative valve disease and we were walked through the process of caring for her illness. When she also got pancreatitis, she was cared for in the hospital and was made well again. Unfortunately, our dog’s heart problems had progressed and it was her time. Dr. Groves and all the staff sent us flowers the day after she passed away. I was so shocked and grateful that I burst into tears.

We also have an 18 year old cat with kidney disease who they have been seeing this entire time too. She can be sassy and that’s never a problem for any of the staff.

I recommend Groves Veterinary Clinic to everyone. This is by far the most wonderful veterinary clinic.
