They always do a great job, take their time, and listen well to what I want. I have a Goldendoodle and it was very hard for me to describe how I want his hair cut because I’ve never had one before. Other groomers with didn’t listen to me or did what they wanted and it was never right. Josephine’s got it right the first time and they’ve been very consistent since. They’ve also taught me a lot about how to best care for him and the importance of keeping him on a consistent grooming schedule and were very patient with me when I first started coming to them. They take the time to listen and I feel they truly care about me, and most importantly, my pup. Everyone is very kind there, the shop is very cute, clean, welcoming. I’ve been to other groomers where they put the dogs in stacked metal crates and have them in there for a long time because they’re overbooked, then they rush the process once it’s their turn. It’s stressful for the dog and feels chaotic. That is NOT the case here. They have a beautiful area with cute dog pens and plenty of space for them, but they also don’t overbook, so they’re not waiting for long periods of time. I feel very lucky to have found a grooming facility that cares so much about the dogs experience and values quality work and happy pet parents.

A great place to get your dog groomed. It's clean and everyone is happy to see your fur baby. My dog is a bit shy and Josephine was so gentle with her. The pricing is very affordable as well. Maisy will definitely be going back!

We take our three dogs to Josephine for grooming and boarding, and I can not even tell you how much they love it! For over two years she has been providing them with love and a home away from home. Josephine and Jose keep their place so clean, they tire the pups out by playing with them, and then put a movie on for them at night! When I pull up to their building my pups go crazy. Yuma is so lucky to have this place!

Amazing family-owned business with great customer service! Bad things can happen everywhere, even at your local friendly veterinary hospital or local dog park. This is a reputable business with some pretty great and well established clients.
Accidents do happen but I will tell you that this family loves and cares passionately for animals more than anything! Don’t let one bad review from clients that have never even brought their own fur babies to this business ruin receiving the love and care they deserve ♥️

My fur babies love to get seen by Josephine and her team. Best groomers ever in Yuma so kind and friendly. When your animals are your family this is the groomer you want to choose hands down. This photo is after a fun day getting groomed and cleaned now he’s having the best dreams.

Josephine & her staff were amazing with our 2 pups! Really took the time to get to know their needs & treated them like their own! I know they were in good hands & definitely will be taking them back! Best place in Yuma without a doubt!

We have had our dog Cali groomed with Nissa twice now. She happily made adjustments on the second grooming to get her just the way we like it (even when I wasn’t very good at explaining)! The office and grooming area is clean and very welcoming. Very evident that Josephine and Nissa love the dogs. Cali happily went in for her second grooming with no hesitation. Best part…no time in a kennel! Highly recommend
