Everyone at the facility has been wonderful. Mom went from being in for rehab, to long term care. All of the staff have been very informative and keep me posted and up to date on her health. The rooms are kept clean and tidy. They have lots of activities that the residents can do if they want to. which helps keep them occupied and gives them a variety of things to do instead of just sitting in their rooms. I am very pleased with gretna health and rehab! Special thanks to her daytime nurse Taylor!! She is always so nice when I talk to her about mom and she does a great job keeping me informed about any issues that are going on in her day to day care!! Another great employee is Tasha at the front desk. She always helps me with anything that I ask her about with a very pleasant and helpful answer!! Kudos to both of these exceptional employees!!

Never have I ever been treated so well as I have here and I've been in other nursing homes before. All of the staff is friendly and attentive. All of the nurses are well informed, housekeeping keeps the building neat and clean, laundry cleans my clothes promptly.

I have been here since April 15th. The staff has been exceptional since I came in the door. I had my leg amputated and have been doing skilled rehab therapy and the they have worked with me well. I received my prosthetic leg and am well on my way to going back home hopefully. Great place to stay.

From administration to therapy, nurses and cna's to housekeeping to dietary, everyone was excellent! Our four week stay could not have been better. I stayed with my husband and was treated very well. We never needed to push the call bell once. We hit it once by accident and everyone came running. We had a great experience!!
