I can’t say enough good things about this vet clinic! As a first-time puppy parent, I had so many questions and concerns, and the team here has been incredible. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and so knowledgeable. They really took their time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident in caring for my new puppy. The level of care they provide is top-notch, and it’s clear they truly love animals. I’m so grateful to have found such an amazing place for my pup’s care. I even travel up from the city now, because they are the only team I trust. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a compassionate, professional, and caring vet team!

I would recommend this vet practice to anyone and everyone! After moving downtown, we continue to make the drive to Libertyville for vet visits due the exceptional care our dog receives here. Every vet, vet tech, and front office staff member is extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, and informative. They truly treat your animal like one of their own.

We recently moved to the area and decided to bring our dog to this practice because of the great reviews and because their website referenced they had expertise in handling reactive and anxious dogs. The first appointment we had went well and the doctor and tech were great and informative. We felt like we had found a great place for our dog to receive care going forward, but after today, I will not be back and will not recommend this practice to anyone.

We had a scheduled appointment for a nail trim and anal gland expression and when we arrived, they refused to do it because our dog wasn’t medicated. She wasn’t being aggressive or anything, she was just nervous as she usually is when she comes to the back and once she gets back there and comfortable, she would have been fine. We got a whole speech about how they are a “fear free vet” and how it would be traumatic for her if she wasn’t medicated. We’ve been having her nails cut and anal glands done at our precious vet without medication on some occasions for four years and she is hardly traumatized and is just fine, so this to me sounded like an excuse and they just didn’t want to deal with it. You could have offered to try and see if she would cooperate and if not, then refuse, but that wasn’t even presented as an option.

If you as a practice don’t want to accept anxious dogs, then just be up front about it and tell people there aren’t the type of clients you see. This experience just affirmed that my dog would not have gotten the care she needs if we continued to go here, so I am glad we found a practice who will accept her and work with us

Addi was just recently spayed and the whole process was SO smooth! They incorporated pre- and post procedure medications to help keep her calm and pain free. They go above and beyond to care for your pup while keeping us pet parents educated on how to keep your puppy happy & healthy! I would highly recommend Green Tree!

It’s not easy to find an exotic vet, let alone one that is close to where you live. Dr. Weber and the staff were so wonderful and compassionate. We brought our baby slider, Cinnamon, and they really took the time to make sure she was fully evaluated and cared for. Dr. Weber provided so many helpful resources and the staff were so welcoming and kind. Everyone made sure we had all the tools and resources to help get our little Cinnamon recover. We feel so relieved to know that we have found such a wonderful practice to entrust our reptile babies at!

We absolutely LOVE GreenTree. They’ve taken such good care of our fur babies, and we couldn’t imagine a better vet. They are a little bit on the pricier side, but my wife and I would much rather pay a few bucks more for better care and expertise as opposed to going to some hack vet. Exotic owners please consider here! I was graciously brought in while my little parakeet was not feeling his best. They truly want to know husbandry to really get the nitty gritty of what potential causations may be. The vet that saw us, Dr Jaworsky, was very sweet and patient with him, and gave me tons of paperwork with great information and links of products! I felt like my parakeet was truly cared for, and that my questions and concerns were listened to. And my bird really liked her too, which is always a plus, so if my bird and I like this facility, you guys should too! Thank you to everyone for letting him get seen and treated so quickly!

Beautiful and clean facility. The staff is very friendly, and they always have a smile on their faces. Never have to wait long. My little guy just chills in his carrier watching the patients come and go in the cat zone.
