We’ve been using Greenix for a few months now and have been very happy with the service and level of communication the team provides. All techs that have come out to our home have been friendly and respectful. We live in the woods and have pets, so ensuring our property is pest-free is paramount to us.

I initially requested to cancel my service, and the customer service representative informed me that I had one more service remaining. I agreed but specifically requested that the technician enter my home and inspect the attic as part of that service.

Unfortunately, the technician never rang the doorbell or entered my attic as requested. Instead, the service was performed based on what Greenix determined I needed, rather than what I explicitly requested.

Additionally, I found the product to be ineffective. The issue persisted until I sought assistance from another provider, who successfully resolved the problem. I communicated this to their customer service team when I requested to cancel my service, yet my concerns were dismissed.

Given this experience, I believe Greenix does not listen to customer needs, provide effective solutions, or honor service requests properly

The man who came to my house was very polite and did his job well. However I was supposed to have 3 more visits that never happened. Plus also other services done to the outter part of my home that never happened. I am billed monthly for services I am not getting. They want me to pay to break my contract yet I am not getting the services that I am being billed for. I am sorry I chose this company.
