Highly recommend Green Dog. Great experience from start to finish. Was greeted by professional and positive front desk lady who was there to help me and guide through my dog’s dental procedure every step. Ambiance of the waiting area is just perfect with designer details that made it warm and welcoming. Just perfect! Doctor was great as well, walked me through findings after the procedure and most importantly I felt that he was there to care for my dog and not suggest unnecessary procedures. Five stars!

1st visit:
Lovely staff. Easy appointment making process. The location is so clean and cool--all good vibes. Private rooms to wait before your pup is taken back and again when discussing the procedure afterward with the vet. I really like this approach. Our dog's teeth looked great after her cleaning.

2nd visit:
And now we've been back for a second cleaning and they also removed a small lump on our dog's lip. Afterward the vet took her time talking through all of it with us--such patience and no rushing you through. I really, really love this place.

I would highly recommend Green dog dental.
I had a great experience with my older dog Teddy, who needed some extensive dental work. Everything was explained to me in detail and I felt comforted moving forward with the procedure. On the day of the procedure I was given regular updates by Amanda at the front desk, and I really felt like they took the best possible care of my dog. Dr Han was excellent. A big thank you to the whole team. We had had a much different experience somewhere else a few years ago, so I really appreciated the level of care and communication they provided. I even got a call the day after to check on Teddy. Thank you to everyone!

Today had to take my dog in for emergency visit so of course I was stressed. Luckily when I called Green Dog made it easy to get a same day appointment Their staff was helpful and attentive which made my dog feel at ease right away. The vet explained everything clearly during the checkup, and I appreciated the time they took to go over the treatment options. At the end of the visit, my dog seemed comfortable and happy, which was a relief. I’d highly recommend Green Dog for anyone looking for solid, professional care for their pets. I have been going to them for over 10 yrs and never had anything but top notch treatment for my dog from them.

I loved my experience with Green Dog! They were incredibly friendly and I felt very confident that my cat, Kylie, would be very well taken care of. She had her teeth cleaned in less than an hour and the vet took the time to go over her results in detail, as well as a suggested plan to help with a loose tooth. I recently brought my two dogs to Green Dog Veterinary Center for non-anesthetic dental cleanings, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The clinic has a welcoming, homey atmosphere that instantly put my dogs at ease. The comfortable setting made a noticeable difference in their relaxation, which I believe contributed to a smoother and less stressful experience for them.

The staff were exceptional--friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain the procedures and answered all my questions, making me feel confident in their care. The service was top-notch, and I'm thrilled with the results.

Additionally, the clinic's location on Main St. in Santa Monica is very convenient, which was a huge plus. We had lunch at at the Rose Cafe and had time for a quick walk to the beach while we waited. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking quality dental care for their pets.

What I like about the green dog Venice location is everybody is super friendly, there's no hard sell and the prices are reasonable. Dr. Geist is by far our favorite, though we have no complaints with any of the staff there at Venice. They take the best care of my best friend Sparky and for that I am grateful.

The office is really nice, the staff are all very kind, and I got a booking within days of reaching out. Also very communicative about information I needed to know, cost of potential procedures, and what was going to go on once I handed my dog over! All a really pleasant experience, which is hugely appreciated given the stress of taking my dog to the vet
