Approximately 3 weeks ago My Daughter Jamese Lee is the owner I'm her Mother we was so excited of this day and it was convenient for the service cause I have heart failure and she works overwhelming due to medical services so that I would have to drive this particular day they had gotten done so quickly with another client so they were early for Cookies appointment details I gave was to just shave her stomach and behind area that's all when she was returned to the door I couldn't explain how hurt I was couldn't explain to my daughter at the time because I knew she was gone feel the same first time awful experience her hair was chopped off uneven toes nails wasn't even unfinished I don't know rather this was a bad day for them but I will never recommend them again

Love the convenience of this company being mobile. Our stachey boy loved it and was very good. It was his first time getting groomed and will definitely be using in the future. He still smells clean a week later

Had my Great Pyrenees groomed for the 1st time. Matthew was amazing he got her done and she was a mess. Miss Nicole worked with me got a good price for how bad she was. Will definitely be calling again. I have 7 dogs.

Mathew was great! He gave my rotwiller husky mix,128 pound fur baby a bath and nail cut. (We have had issues at petco for doing a poor job on pups nails) Matthew was fast, polite, and accommodating. He even sent me a pic of the both of them smiling while he was giving pup a bath when I offered to come and help if he had any trouble with pups nails. He didn't need my help at all,lol. The only negative thing I can say is that my pup didn't get a seasonal bandana, which I've heard that others have gotten,lol. I'll definitely be calling again!

I really wanted to love the convenience of this service esp with small kids, but we didn't have a good experience at all. Second go round my dog was given a summer cut after I explicitly said I did not want that. I didn't like how I was told that "it's my dog and I should know what kind of cut to ask for" I beg your biggest pardon!? Excuse me! Basically blaming me for the grooming incompetence. I never have to explain to any groomer the type of cut for his breed. They look it up and educate me so why do I need to tell a "professional groomer" how to cut him. He's a keeshond and a long haired dog. I paid $140 for my boy to look homeless.
My dog also started throwing up right after being serviced which has never happened after any grooming sessions nor has he ever thrown up like that in his 4 years of life. The groomer was also done in like 30-40 min so it just seemed like a rush job. I didn't even smell any kind of soap/scent on my dog after.
He also got caught on the fly trap at my door and the groomer didn't bother to clean the sticky residue so I had to take him to my tub to wash it off myself after paying $140. Just wasn't a good experience. I really wanted to like this service.

I have been very impressed with Grateful Paws theirs groomers are know what they are doing several of my friends use them . Each of us have different types sizes of dogs . They all say the same thing that I tell people my little man loves his groomer. I don't have to worry about him they do an excellent job!!! And at a fair price also !!!!!
