The people here are just the nicest folks doing good for the big island. Did my kitties surgeries and they both healed quickly and very well. Definitely recommend this place. They offer discounts if you rescue cats and bring them in to get fixed too.

This is a well run office that cares for your pet. Doors closed,they come out to avoid pets escaping. Staff friendly and gave me some good advice on trapping my feral cats. Did a excellent job,and I return for more help. These pet clinics need to be recognized by our government on helping to keep the population down,and putting a dent in the problem. Dollars should be going to them,all you have to do is see what they do,long hours hard work. Thank you doctor and staff.

Everyone at good karma was so nice and caring. They got my puppy in and spayed in under a week for under $150! We're so thankful for their services. We will be bring all future fur babies here to get fixed. Can't express our gratitude enough!

Highly recommend for people considering to spay/ neuter dog/cat. I was scheduled for the following week after reaching out. Everything was completed in a timely manner and my stray cat is neutered at a great cost.

Great people. Always working for the right cause!
We had so many kitties showing up pregnant at our place, that we would not be able to afford to spay or neuter them, but thanks to Good Karma we managed and continue doing it!!

I appreciate this place so much! Dr Kris fixed both my kitties that I rescued at a very affordable price and she was so kind. They gave me all the info i needed and even met me in Kona at upper Matsuyama’s to take them to Hilo. Thank you for doing this wonderful work!!
