5 stars!! My goldendoodle always gets a bad review. Most places take 5-6 hrs per groom and tell me how unpleasant he is.
Jami was so patient with him. And gave me great suggestions on how to make it more comfortable for my sweet boy.

Getting an appointment was definitely worth a wait. Jamie was the only groomer until recently. We are exceptionally fond of our little Yorkie and her care is very important to us. We were met by Jamie who has since, not only remembered our pup, but knew of our special requests for her unique needs. The Pet Lodge is clean, professional and authentically caring. It's the best groomer we have ever been to and cannot recommend it highly enough.

I have been taking my pets to Golf Rose Animal Hospital since 2007. The entire staff is professional and always helpful. In my opinion Dr.Landoch is the best Vet there and he has treated both of my dogs.

If I could put no stars I would. This is my SECOND bad experience with this hospital. The first I had an emergency spay for my dog who had pyometra and they completely traumatized my dog. She is deathly afraid of crates and they told me "oh she loved being in a crate" ok I literally can't get her into one anymore because you guys FORCED her into one. I also got charged over 100$ for my dog to stay an extra hour when they said they would have voided that charge because I was at work. My second bad experience my mom's dog got picked up when he ran away which HE NEVER has done before, he is 13 years old! They said that he has to stay the night. If you guys are 24 hour care why did my 13 year old dog have to stay the night. We picked him up just to get a charge of 220$ RIDICULOUS. I will never ever recommend this hospital to anyone. It is a money grubbing business for sure. I could've picked my dog up immediately because I knew where he was immediately and you guys gave me no choice saying nobody can release him. Oh ok then who checked him in? Exactly. Selfish people. Only in the business for money.

The employees who work here are all amazing! They took amazing care of my Bully after the Arlington Heights police found my dog outside lost and wandering far away from home, as my Husband and I live in Chicago. I greatly appreciate the good nature of the police officers to take the time to bring my dog to such an upscale pet lodge and grooming facility. As we were leaving, I can tell the employees genuinely love animals as my dog gave one of the employees a big kiss and a thank you for taking care of him while they looked for us. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank you all for caring so much and for making my dream of being reunited with my dog one day, reality.
