My dad was transported from the hospital to Golden Gate Rehabilitation. Being in the hospital was a setback for him but his stay at Golden Gate Rehab assisted him in making a comeback. The facility and staff were remarkable. His care was consistent and definitely affective. The entire staff from administration, therapists, doctors, nurses and aides were very personable and attentive to my fathers needs. Thank you everyone at Golden Gate for such a positive experience in every way possible.

my mom just got there from Staten Island Hospital a few hours ago and everybody already took the time to introduce themselves and give her everything she needs to get started. Everybody was very respectful Polite and professional. I am so thankful they had a bed for my mom at Golden Gate

Last night my dad was transported from the hospital to Golden Gate. I was greeted by a friendly guard at the desk and the sign in process was impressive. The nurses we met were very nice. My dad will be there for a few weeks and I'm expecting him to get great care.

No one usually goes to a nursing facility by choice but the care here has been more than satisfactory. My brother has been a patient here for the last month and has made great gains and has received outstanding care. The facility is very clean and updated.

Mom was transported here to Golden Gate from Staten Island University Hospital on Friday night, Since her arrival on this very busy Memorial Weekend she has received the best of care. Outstanding care providers of note have been Eilleen Otoole ( comprehensive tour) & personal attention and excellent service from Kenny Li & jen on fourth floor.
……. Now we are in the middle of our first week here at Golden Gate and most every employee we have had the pleasure to meet & interact with regarding my mother’s care have been so kind and caring. Today we experienced the affect of a kosher rule which kept my mother from lactose free milk for her coffee and in an effort to relieve her stress I searched for some and with the help of Mike, Carl then Albert & Reynaldo in the kitchen all was explained to me and ultimately Reynaldo handed me a half pint of lactose free milk which made mom (94) so grateful for their effort to provide for her. It may sound small to some but this is the kind of attention to detail and care my sister and I have come to know at Golden Gate in our first 4 days here. This gesture was greatly appreciated & I personally thanked them all.

The staff were very friendly,
especially my friends’s nurse, Savanna, who went above and beyond and made a very positive impression on me. She was cheerful, caring and very responsible.
Awesome. I was so happy to see my friend and know she is in good hands
