I can't say enough good things about Gina! My French Bulldog used to be terrified of the groomers--shaking, trembling, and just all around anxious every time we'd head to an appointment. But since we've started seeing Gina, everything has changed. My dog is actually excited to see her now, and she's always happy to leave after the groom!

Gina is so gentle with her, and I've never had to worry about nicks or cuts like I did at other places. She's careful, kind, and really takes the time to make sure my dog feels comfortable.

On top of that, Gina is a great resource for pet care advice. I always ask her questions about my dog's well-being, and she's quick to offer helpful and thoughtful suggestions. At my last visit, she shared some exciting news--she's moving to a bigger, better location at 1558 A. Street in Castro Valley! I can't wait to visit her at the new spot.

Another thing I appreciate is how responsive Gina is. She's always quick to get back to me and will squeeze me in for an appointment if I need one, which is a lifesaver!

If you're looking for a groomer who truly cares about your pet, Gina is the one. Highly recommend!

Excellent shop! Gina does a great job with my pup. She is knowledgeable & patient. My dog is all fresh and happy at the end of her "spa" day. Prices are affordable too!

Very disappointed. I traveled 20 miles for my dog to get his haircut and bath for my appointment and she was NOT THERE. A complete NO SHOW. After waiting 30 minutes, there were over 6-7 people waiting and there was not a single answered call or text. I had another appointment to be at and had to take my dog with me ?

Gina does a good job with the baths and cuts but it was the second time she was late, or in this case, a no show and sadly never replied to my text even after a full week.
