The people that work here need to realize this is Philadelphia. We’re bad things happen to people. They are very unprofessional. This place. Need to be shut down. You have kids working at a place with a bunch of grown people. This is unacceptable in order to earn respect, you have to give respect. if all the families and inmates come together, we can shut this place down.

The operators are the only good thing about this facility. The facility itself lacks professionalism. Nobody ever answers the phone, and they have the manners of a barbarian.

The staff and manager did not notify me the Emergency Contact when my family member had a medical emergency and was taken to hospital When I called & requested a Superviser call me. They didn't They stole items from my loved one. They told us that his roommate or any staff could have taken his items. They need to have better supervision. When I suggested they make a list of all items a resident has. The supervisor said these are grown men, we have 178 grown men. We can't keep a log for them. This is Not a Good Rehab Facility. They let the residents do anything including stealing other residents belonging don't hold them or staff accountable

This place is a absolute disappointment to a treatment facility. If you want real treatment and want to support people in change this is not the place to go or work. The leadership are unprofessional and dismissive. The staff don't want to work, and if you try to hold anyone accountable the mobb mentality sets in and they will have secret meeting about you, collect letters, without ever addressing concerns with you. The level of unqualified people, and lack of skill to proform job duties are at a all time low at this place. Runnnnnnn! Do not work here or have your love ones transferred they will come out worst. Let's not forget deplorable work and living conditions. Roaches, mice, limited female bathrooms, and dirty.

This place is no rehab in any type of way. It's basically a housing facility. The staff is a joke. During my 90 days there, the ambulances were there at least 4/5 times a week due to overdoses
2 people committed suicide. The staff actually tried to keep me past 90 days, because they didn't want to lose a government paycheck. If it wasn't for my local state P
O the staff would've kept me there indefinitely. I personally would've preferred to be sent back to prison.

I arrived here 2 months pregnant because I lost my home plan. I was not fed enough and I gave birth to a two week overdue baby weighing barely 6lbs. I was put on complete for going to file a restraining order against someone rather than to my job; "complete" means you are not allowed to leave the building for any reason, therefore I was essentially on non-Dr. Prescribed bedrest for seven weeks. Ms. Brown enjoyed threatening to send me back to jail simply because she could and telling me I'd have my baby there and it would be taken away. For a minimum of two months everyone was completely strip searched when they came into the building, or at random. That might mean 3 or 4 strip searches A DAY.
Once I had a home plan no one cared to go check it out or do the paperwork and the only reason I got out in time to have my baby was because I faked going into labor. Within 24 hours DRC no longer wanted the liability and I got to go home. It was the best decision I've ever made, even if it was a lie. This place should be burned to the ground. It is not a rehab OR a halfway house. It's jail where you get to wear your own clothes. The staff play mind games with the patients and while I was there several of the male staff were happy to hook up with the female inmates. This is a horrible, horrible place and would not be fit for a kennel, let alone for human beings wanting to rebuild their lives. I don't believe in hell but if there is one, it's a comfort to know that Ms. Brown (et al) have earned themselves a place there.

This place is definitely NOT a rehab facility. The staff were NOT qualified. Drug and alcohol usage was prevelqnt everyday. Any type of meeting, group or counseling session was ineffective. Not being able to get a job or go to school is unheard of if you wanted to further your your life. Staff had control and ego issues. No respect to those inside nor family. Worst place ever

This is such a horrible place. Attorneys are not allowed to visit their clients, people are overdosing in there, the staff hold people back from moving on just because they feel like it, families send care packages to the men and they don't give it to them until they feel like it, then families call and ask why and the staff ignorantly and disrespectfully lie to the families and hang up on you. How are you in a rehab facility that supposedly working to get men ready for society but they're overdosing.
This place has to be reported to the state. The state needs to investigate what this facility is all about and the procedures of all departments. Train the staff or hire educated, respected and dedicated employees that will make a difference.
