I have been bringing my pets here since 2020. Front Desk to back office, the staff here is amazing. A year ago, my 10 year old chi was really struggling to walk and we were fearful that her time may be coming to an end. Dr. Bebe suggested Librela for her joint issues including arthritis. (After trying multiple other options without success). She now goes for an injection monthly and runs around like crazy. She is 11 and doing great and we have been blessed with more healthy time with her. Thank you to everyone at GSVC for all of there amazing care an customer service.

Friendly staff, quick service/appointments! I didn’t expect to pick my dog up just a few hours after getting neutered but I’m thankful that’s how they do it! Unfortunately they are pricey with some things. Definitely know what you need done and make sure to tell them what you do and don’t want done. Bentley loves the ladies at the vet tho!

I have been bringing my pets here since we moved to Galena in 2020. All of the staff and Doctors are awesome. I do want to say that Dr. Beebee has really helped with our little Chihuahua who has arthritis and was barely walking. He suggested a monthly injection after we tried a couple less evasive treatments that weren't successful. And I am pleased to say she is doing amazing and even running again!

Dr Katie was wonderful. She was spot on in understanding my questions and answering each and every question with care, compassion and extensive knowledge. I feel so fortunate to have found this clinic. I feel my 7-yr old Ragdoll cat is in very good hands with Dr Katie and her staff. I’ll be back soon for my golden retrievers check ups. I’m sure they will love going to Galena Square Vet Clinic.

Was visiting from out of state when my dog got sick and needed medical care, I called the vet after hours and he was so nice. The vet was super nice when we called so late. He got us in the very next day for the first appointment. He greeted us with a friendly positive attitude and listened to all of our concerns. He treat us like family and made us feel so relaxed. Our baby girl is doing great and we are greatful for the care the vet provided. We would highly recommend this vet office. Can't thank them enough for the loving careing hands. A million thanks to the great staff. GOD sent us to you in our time of need and we will be forever greatful.

I recently relocated to Illinois and brought in my two dogs for their annual physical. I was greeted with a warm friendly lady who was the receptionist. She made me feel very comfortable. Then Emily the vet technician advised me in which vaccines and preventatives would be necessary and which I could choose to delay, she was very informative and gentle with my two dogs. Dr Sprank came in and we discussed a couple of procedures that I was interested in for my one dog. She explained very clearly what was involved and was very professional, yet warm and friendly. I like this place!
