This clinic is a joke. Closed with 6 day notice and basically told everyone "good luck". Then new "owner" strung patients and employees along for almost 12 months waiting to open then all of a sudden NOPE NOT OPENING.

What an awesome experience! The uncertainty I felt walking through those doors the first time quickly evaporated. My counselor was great, patient, open, understanding, honest, were a few things about her that made my experience fruitful. The knowledge I obtained was/ is invaluable. I have no doubt that my success in the future, would be a direct result of having gone through this program. I would absolutely recommend it to someone who may need help! Thank you Sarah!

Very unprofessional first of all. They don't accommodate the patience. if this clinic can make it difficult they will. If you are guest dosing or thinking about it try to avoid this clinic or transferring think twice. This clinic has the rudest staff and the hours open makes it almost impossible to get a job. It's set up for convenience for the staff not the patience's. As far as I'm concerned this clinic should be closed down for a lack of professionalism with the medicating they dispense. It's set up for patience to fail not recover.

The Galena Clinic has not only saved my life, but my husband's life as well. Everyone at the clinic is understanding, compassionate and truly wants to help. The receptionist, dosing nurse, counselor's, and Doctor are all saving lives. I've been a patient for almost 3 years and I know I would be dead if it wasn't for The Galena Clinic. I love my clinic! If you are an addict and need help, please call them. You can be sober. You deserve it! #wedorecover

The doctor is not in my opinion in this for the patients. He doesn't care nor even knows his patients healthcare, I asked for my healthcare chart at least twice and have not received it to this date, he always refers a question to someone else. If you're a woman though, he will treat you better. I've heard he's asked women to remove their shirts (to check for track marks) but doesn't ask men to remove their shirts. Dr. Davis seems to not care about his patients, he will tell you to adjust your prescription(s) dose(s) without talking to the prescribing doctor. He will take codes away even though you have a legal prescription and is federal legal with MMT. The nurse who gives you your dose of Methadone is VERY nice. The whole staff besides the doctor is nice. I've been waiting for my "approved" code for almost a year now.

Rude, very unhelpful staff, felt very unwelcome the moment I walked in. I would not recommend this joke of a place to anyone. Tip to the staff, people walking through your doors are most likely very stressed, anxious, nervous and hesitant, why on earth would you want to make it worse? Purhaps do your jobs and help people! Do not go to this place!!

Always have trouble with the phone lines. So how can you call in. This has been a problem from day one! Do the solve the problem?! No! Then we have to pay a fee because we can't get ahold of anyone!!
