Excellent. My golden retreiver is so excited to visit with the ladies. They're very patient with her, she becomes very excited and knucklehead, but the girls are so experienced. They assure me she's completely calm when they're working her. I pick her up and she's beautifully groomed. Excellent business and excellent professional staff.

Extremely disappointed! After taking our 2 girls here for 1 year, we mistakenly missed an appointment this morning. There was no call received to ask if we were still coming. We live 5 minutes from their shop, and would have gladly taken the girls right over. After one hour, we received a text message saying we had missed the appointment, and our card had been charged at full cost for both groomings.
We immediately reached out, and explained that it had been an honest oversight and said we could bring them right in. We were then told we had missed the appointment and the "missed" appointment fee would still stand in addition to the new charge of the groomings later this week. I tried everything I could to work with Courtney, the owner, since we have never missed an appointment. Courtney was not willing in any way to work with us as we even offered to move forward, and reschedule for later this week and pay half of the missed fee. Courtney only kept reciting, "this is what our contract says". I feel this is bad business not to work with your good, honest, return customers.
Unfortunately, the girls groomer was very good, however if you have time to send a full text saying we just charged your card because you missed your appointment, then I think a 15 second courtesy phone call would have been a much better way to have avoided this whole terrible experience.
I will not return to this shop!! What a shame!!

How much are people willing to tolerate for grooming services? Who ever heard of a “contract” that’s really a list of directives under which they will “agree” to provide their services? Couple that with rudeness, inflexibility, and lack of compassion on the part of the owner. I would never trust these people with my precious girl.

Our pups LOVE Furry Tail Endings!

We originally followed Annie from her previous grooming job, because she was so good with our pups. Ours have had several medical concerns over the years (pancreatitis, hip dysplasia, heart failure, and so on.) Annie always listens & asks questions. She also gives us report on anything she finds, like skin bumps, signs of pain/discomfort, etc.

While all of our pups have always loved their "spa day", a big reason why we love them so much had to do with our rescued Pekingese girl, Callie, who was a neglected & abused basement breeder. We got her at age 5, had multiple untreated medical conditions, and had absolutely no vet care. Separated jaw, rotten teeth, old mishealed broken rib, and the vet literally found numerous tiny bits of broken glass in her skin. Needless to say, she was understandably very shy & fearful. Over eight years later, she's still scared & stressed around noise & strangers. BUT...

Folks, when we pull up to FTE, that same terrified little pup will *scream* with excitement, and literally pull on the lead and whine the whole way in. She runs right up to Annie, with nothing but joy & excitement, not a shred of fear or anxiety. We seriously have to be careful not to say the words "Annie" or "groomer" until we're ready to go, or she'll do this loud yawn-whine-scream (Pekingese!), because she's so excited.

Now, all that is enough on its own, and Annie's been her groomer for years now, but there's more. She also shows absolutely no fear of Courtney (Easily her second favorite! 😊), or of *any* employee there! Seriously, even employees she's never met, I've watched her waddle right up to them, and lean her head into them when they pet her. That's how safe she feels, and how much she loves this place.

I can't think of a greater endorsement than that! 😊❤️

Not very friendly, refused service when answered why I was switching to new groomer and I explained my girl was hurt at PetSmart, she want on to say my girl was too old for her to take on. I don't think this company is capable to deal with new clients especially if they are older. Never thought I would see ageism within the pet community

They are wonderful with my big baby. She has been kicked out of other slabs that couldn’t handle her size and or personality. But she loves these ladies and they take great care of her every time!

I adopted a puppy from a rescue recently and he was absolutely filthy. Even after giving him a bath myself he was gross. They got me in on short notice as a favor and did such an amazing job with him. Highly recommend this place.
