Amazing place! Bill was so helpful to us when our kitten got wax in her fur. We ended up getting her some treats to make her feel better and she LOVED everything we got. She’s usually a picky eater and devoured what we got her. I will be going here from now on for my pet needs. I can’t recommend furry friends enough ?

EDIT TO HIGHLIGHT POOR RESPONSE FROM OWNER: No apology, no reconciliation. We went to Catology the same day and they were happy to fix the cat the very next day. These people don’t deserve anyone’s business with their poor sportsmanship towards criticism. Just look at all their other weird responses.

We were not informed that Crystal had double booked appointments at 9 am.

Groomer Crystal didn’t confirm my name or the animal’s.

My cat was seen 2nd. I made an early morning appointment on purpose. Worked that evening.

We called at 1pm to ask what was taking so long. We were told we could come in to help hold down our cat to speed up the process; and that that is what the owners of the previous cat being groomed did. Also that our cat was “feisty.” It’s not the customer’s job to perform the service and aren’t you supposed to know how to deal with “feisty” as a groomer?

The groomer told us that she started grooming 10 minutes after we dropped the cat off, which doesn’t fit in the timeline.

She also stated that 10 minutes after dropping the cat off, she almost called us back to pick her up because she thought the cat was injured. I told her that I wish she would have.

The groomer was visibly upset and unprofessional in conversation. I was soft spoken and polite with questioning.

When we asked why it had taken 4 hours before she’d even been washed, the groomer replied,
“You wash them after you get the hair off.”

To which I said,” But 4 hours?”

Then she responded, “I’m not gonna get grilled because you think I was in here doing something to your cat. Just take your cat and go.”

Not once did we make an accusatory statement to warrant a response like that.

We were told by the centennial location that we HAD to come to this location to have a cat groomed because the centennial location doesn’t groom cats. Maybe this location shouldn’t groom cats either.

I buy literally ALL of my pet supplies at the Centennial location and had a wonderful experience getting my dog groomed there. I don’t understand why going to this location had to be such a bad time.

We waited 4-6 weeks for this because we were told we HAD to. I can’t believe I waited for this.

4 whole hours to shave half of my cat.

Horrible experience and would not recommend feline grooming services at this location to anyone ever.

It seems they’ve been getting bad reviews on Crystal for years and just ignore them. I honestly feel a certain level of stupidity for not seeing the red flags when dropping the cat off. I’ve had so many good experiences with this store but this one is the one that stops that. They’ve officially lost my business forever.

4 hours for this? It’s shameful. Was it going to take another 4 hours to do the other half? After speaking to a cat-specific groomer, it’s very clear that Crystal might know a bit more about dogs than cats. Stop letting her deal with cats. Especially expensive ones.

We have taken our dog to this location several times. We have been loyal customers. Generally we have been pleased with the service they provide. This last time was a different story. My wife picked up our dog after being at the hospital with her father all day. The technicians clipped our dogs nails to short. After my wife walked to our car with the dog and got in she noticed the blood on her clothes. At this point our dog had already jumped in the seats and on our sons lap. She went back inside to inform the staff of what happened and they said " oh don't worry...some peroxide will take that out..it happens sometimes". First off, that's a horrible way to conduct business. When I found out what happened I called the store and told the manager the situation and asked for a refund. Because i had to throw away 2 pairs of close and scrub my seats for 30 minutes. He politly declined and said he would give us a free service next time, which i politely declined after my wife's previous interaction with the staff. I told the manager that your reputation is everything in this business and if her could not make this right I was going to leave a review about how this was handled. He laughed and said " you go ahead and do that buddy" I will respond to it the same as I do for all the others. So here ya go! These are the people you deal with. Hopefully you don't get blood all over your car if you go here. And to the manager. God Bless You!

I took my two Samoyeds in for grooming. When I picked them up they were absolutely beautiful!!! Crystal and Ashley were both fantastic and shared some good grooming tips with me. I appreciate their knowledge but mostly their compassion and caring nature towards my dogs. Thank you Furry Friends, I am a fan and customer for life!

Our dogs Love Furry Friends dog Food! They have been eating It for years, they are 8, 9 and 4!!
When they were puppies it was hard to find a food they could all eat without having an allergy from it ...Now we don’t worry and feed all three the same food!! Being in the pet business myself I am always recommending Furry Friends to my clients!! Also, we love having our food delivered

Our boxers love Furry Friends dog food! We came across this local business during our visit to Colorado Springs when we had our boxer pup with us. Almost a year later, our pup is all grown up and still loves his Furry Friends brand dog food, along with his sisters (ages 1 and 7 yrs). We love the FREE delivery service and we live over an hour away from the shop! We order in BULK - four 30 lb bags - and delivery usually comes quickly within 1 or 2 days. We have switched from the pork to the chicken since our older boxer was loving the pork too much and gained several pounds lol... We are happy to support this small business.
