Edit - Sadly, our Rosie passed away. We are overwhelmed by the compassion and caring that was offered to all of us by the Friendly Vet team. Dr Grover performed a heroic surgery on Rosie and was extremely attentive as she recovered. He was available, receptive, and resourceful as he managed a difficult case.

Dr Schey walked us through the most difficult decision to humanely let our girl go. She educated us compassionately and gave us plenty of time to decide. She was with us as we cried over the loss and I could not have asked for a better experience given how incredibly difficult that day was.

After the fact, they sent a moving card from the whole team. Yes, they do care deeply for their patients and their families. They are simply the best and we recommend them completely.

Exceeded all expectations with attention to detail, compassion, empathy, guidance and expertise. We came to Friendly Vet, because our beloved dog needs increasing medical attention, and our former veterinarian is too far away for these frequent visits.

Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit with Dr Schey! Attention to detail like a veterinary training kit for children in the exam room, and a clipboard for clients to take notes for all thoughtful touches I’ve never seen in a veterinary clinic. They also employ pheromone diffusers to reduce the pets stress.

Senior pets are expensive, so I really appreciated the consultative approach to timing, cost, and a thorough explanation for why what was ordered is needed. As a former veterinary pharmaceutical representative, I have been in thousands of veterinary clinics and know great when I see it. I’ve known Dr. Grover for years annd
although there are many great veterinarians in the area, his practice is my number one choice.

You get what you pay for and so much more. Happy we chose Friendly!

They truly care for your pet and take all of our concerns seriously as well. We love them and we do not plan on ever changing vets again.

We have been going to Friendly Vet for several years now. Dr. Grover and his team are absolutely amazing! Super attentive to the needs of our dog and the office is very responsive. We recently saw Dr. Schey and had the best experience! As we did an annual check up, she patiently listened and came up with a plan that worked for us in treating our dog's allergies. She is a great addition to the helpful staff at this office. Also, a special shout out to the staff member that went above and beyond to walk with me outside in the rain to collect my dog's sample instead of doing it at home! THANK YOU! The entire office offers top level service and I highly recommend Friendly Vet for anyone looking for a better partner in their dog's healthcare. The office is bright and cheerful, rooms are super clean, love the patient note pad in the rooms and staff is 5- Star! Thank you Dr. Grover and Dr. Schey!!

My dog comes in wagging her tail (which is rare for my old lady), and excited to see everyone. Everyone always greets us with a smile, and are always great to chat with! Dr. Berg makes us feel like family always. Makes sure Cookie is comfortable, even when she hates us all 🤣. I appreciate these guys more than anything for making the vet a great experience for my girl! Thank you for making my Cookie Bear feel comfortable ❤

Dr. Grover has been our family vet for as long as I can remember. When I began having the responsibility of my own pets there was no question that I would follow Dr. Grover’s practice, despite our move to a new home an hour away.

Dr. Grover and his team provide an unparalleled level of expertise, kindness, and care. He provides a conservative approach and will explore and exhaust all options to provide thorough quality care for your furry family members.

Our specific experience was through the adoption of a 6-month old chihuahua mix who, due to a birth defect, ended up needing an amputation of his front leg. Dr. Grover’s surgery was pristine and our pup adapted to life as a tripod remarkably. The most notable though is that even now, 6 years later, Dr. Grover has made himself available whenever we have had concerns or questions regarding our pups mobility or health.
We cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond for what he does to care for our dog!

We usually see Doc Grover or Doc Berg, and they are both amazing!! We brought our first pup in who had a bad experience at a couple of vets (he barked at the staff and didn't let people touch him). He walked in and was practically putting in Doc Berg's hands. Our second dog was a last chance foster fail we had been told was skittish at the vet. We brought him in, and same thing. He absolutely melted over Doc Berg and the every tech and staff person he met. On walks, they both want to go in and say hi and get treats. All three docs have met our cats including needing urgent surgery during this pandemic. I can't say the cats love the vet, but they don't try to hide or get away, and I love how the docs will sit on the floor with our pets if that's more comfortable for the pet (even though it can't be comfy to do an exam on the floor). I even turned my sister in law onto these docs. She had been having a difficult time at the vet she had used for years with her new dog who is reactive and difficult. First meeting with Doc Grover, and he's practically laying in the doctor's lap and is happily munching treats from his hand. A huge difference from his precious vet who could barely touch him. I don't know how, but the whole team are a pet whisperers. Everyone here goes the extra mile every time we go in, and I couldn't be more grateful.
