I am so pleased with the results I got from Freedom K9. Not only did they establish a solid foundation for my dog, but they also laid it for myself and gave me all the tools to continue the training at home (which is very necessary to see lasting results) My dog had a very high prey drive, but now I can relax and have her off leash even with wildlife around. She makes traveling easy and I love taking her with me knowing she will behave and listen to commands. Thank you all for giving my pup the freedom (and me the ease of mind) to explore, travel, and play off (and on) leash!

I took my dog Koa to Freedom k9 after my mom took her dog through a Behavior Modification a few years ago, after seeing the spectacular results my mom got when my dog was old enough I decided to send him through the Day Train program. Koa before training had quite a few naughty behaviors he was your typical lab that would chew on anything in sight. Koa was also a very low confident dog with bad separation anxiety, also growling at new people. Freedom k9 was able to help build his confidence, work on his separation anxiety where I can leave the house without having to worry about him. Freedom k9 gave me the tools for me to go anywhere and everywhere with my dog with no worries. It is enjoyable for me to be able to have my dog off leash at the lake thanks to Freedom k9.

SO WORTH IT! I cried tears of joy today when I took my previously out of control dog for her first stress free successful walk. I didn’t think it was ever going to be possible. I had tried another local trainer doing private lessons and I was advised that my dogs fear aggression would require her to be medicated. I was at a loss at the end of the training and lots of money spent on different items that could potentially help. At the end all Lola would do on command most of the time was sit. After an incident picking Lola up from daycare one day with my 5 year old, Kindle approached me and said to give her a call. I was hesitant because of my previous experience and I didn’t think I could afford their training cost. I finally decided after Lola chewed my brand new glasses to call. It was the best decision I have ever made, Kindle explained that she could help me get Lola under control in just one session. I showed up with Lola on our scheduled day and Lola was responding almost immediately to the new training methods. When we were done I was confident that training her would be possible. My home is peaceful and the chewing has completely stopped. I am forever grateful to Kindle and everyone that works at Freedom K9 and Siskiyou pet care. I am hoping in the future we can do the off leash training for her. WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY SPENT!

We adopted our baby girl Soka who is a Husky/Shepard mix from a shelter when we soon realized we needed a lot of obedience work with her. Though she was a sweet girl she had high energy and was chewing on house items, not potty trained, no recall, would jump up on everyone and everything and had a high prey drive which was a huge concern with us having cats. We had to make the decision to return her to the shelter or seek help from someone else to keep her in our family.

We heard about Freedom K9 through a friend who also went for some obedience training. We decided that Soka needed a lot of work and the three week board and train course was the best option. When we got to see her again after the training ended she was a completely changed dog. She was prong collar and ecollar trained along with verbal and hand commands. Her behavior was so much better with her listening and reactivity to her environment.

If it wasn’t for the amazing staff and training at Freedom K9 we wouldn't have one of the best adventure buddies we could have asked for. We are forever grateful for their time and help with our fur baby and would highly recommend others who are in need of help with their dogs to seek them out as well.

Thank you again for helping us be able to keep our baby girl Soka and give her a great life as she deserves! We couldn’t imagine life without her.

Scout and I received valuable training from Freedom K9 ...It was the best decision both for her and for our family. We adopted Scout from a shelter and she had no manners at all when we got her. We wanted to be sure that we trained her in a way that she could have a full, happy and active life including hiking, traveling and other activities with us. The training we received addressed several bad manners (jumping up, leash pulling, etc.) and provided both Scout and our family the skills for success. She is so sweet and such a joy to be around! The Freedom K9 trainers are knowledgeable and patient and the program works!
