I stopped in after work tonight, grabbed a bottle of wine and a few other things. Jim, the "closest thing to a manager" they have at the store tonight made a big impression..a very bad one. After both of the kids at the register let him know that they needed him to scan my wine, he continued to chat with an old couple who were leaving the store. I wonder why he thought it was more important to chat them up than to help the cashier, who apologized several times for Jim's behavior, to get me checked out? I waited more than five minutes...just standing there waiting for him to stop talking. Then, as the couple started to walk away, he started talking to the lady again. I am beyond pissed. I don't know that I will continue to shop there.

Place always has multiple registers open and is easy to shop. Staff is extremely friendly, too.

The produce, which is all I buy, was fair to good quality at a very high price.

I guess it's because of being in the country. But with these prices it forces one to travel to STL for groceries.

So this place was called Tom's before and it has the same inventory as far as I can tell. And that's good because I have to go here to get these dog bones that are peanut butter flavored. I have a job that has me coming in contact with lots of people's dogs and they love these things. I also like getting some deli stuff once in a while but most of their other stuff I just think it's too expensive. The shrimp I'm having today as a nice thick outer coating and a kind of reminds me of a multi-grain but the fries are kind of soggy and lack salt

This group of employees is phenomenal 👏 and I wanted to do a special shout out! They went above and beyond to get me $20, yes, 20. I know it doesn't sound like much but with prices up it was very important. They did research calling companies and viewing videos to get my phone number. I appreciate this team and they are, for their customers ❤️ 24 hrs later they got me, and I was able to get the water we needed!
