All I can say is that they go out of their way to care for my dog. I trust them. I've been to others in the area and no one comes close to the level of care we get here. Trixie says thank you. She'd rather not go at all but she's happy she's in and out.

My sweet rescue puppy, Burdette “Birdie” Charlotte Rose was a brand new puppy patient yesterday. We were treated with such a warm & friendly welcome. This vet team by far is one of the best vets I’ve ever went to. Many of my friends, family, and coworkers highly recommended bringing Birdie here. Dr. Jessica Bertulis is fabulous and is very knowledgeable & passionate about the healthcare of animals. I have also heard that every single Doctor is equally amazing. The vet techs, front office team and Dr. Bertulis were absolutely incredible. I had all the information I needed, had all my questions answered & my sweet Birdie was completely taken care of. The office was very accommodating to me since I am allergic to cats, which made me feel special. An extra bonus is when you are leaving, there is a room with animal donations that you are welcome to take. I also like that they are open on Saturdays & have evening hours during the week. I would highly recommend bringing your animals here. You will be glad that you did. The best part is, I did not feel like an inconvenience with all of my questions.

My 16 year old pup was feeling under the weather. I was able to bring her into Fox valley to see Dr. Sherden and was reassured that her time was not running out. The staff and Corrie's vet are gentle, kind and explained everything very well. I know that with an elderly dog lots of things could go wrong but she got me in, took excellent care of my dog and told me what I could do to keep her comfortable and feeling better. I so appreciate it because she's all I have.

I've been bringing my pets to Fox Valley Animal Hospital for over 30 years. They are always caring and capable when taking care of my cats and dogs. Dr. Sherden is wonderful. They've cared for all my animals with love and compassion from adoption until they've passed over the Rainbow Bridge. All my dogs have loved going to see the vet. They're not crazy about staying long, but they love to go see everyone!

The staff here is extremely nice and attentive. They obviously care for the animals that are under their care and really take the time to explain to the pets owners what is going on.
Dr. Bertulos is amazing. Her compassion and love for animals is obvious.
