We were here less than 3 weeks when we our beloved cat needed a vet last minute. Long story short, they got us in right away and with their support, we made the devastating decision to let her go! They were so kind and empathetic to us during this difficult time, and a week later, they surprised us with a condolence card, signed by the staff along with her paw prints!!

Great for routine care! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The scale is in the lobby if you need to weigh your pet. Not for emergencies, go off post to Victorville or Apple Valley for that. Keep in mind that, like every other business on post, they don’t have a huge staff so aren’t always available to answer the phone the first time you call.

The people here are so friendly. My husband and I needed to register our dogs and we got there during lunch time. We were waiting outside only like 5 minutes for them to reopen but they came over and let us in early because they didnt want us sitting in the heat. One of the vets got some water for our pups and was giving us so many tips for our dogs since we had just come from kansas. They registered our dogs before their lunch was even over. Such a wonderful experience with them!

I called for three weeks trying to get my puppy vaccinated, with no luck. Its conveniently located on post, but they are always booked, so I still need to find time between rotations to take my puppy to Barstow. Having a vet on post gives my false security that if anything happened to my pup, I'd be able to get her seen right away. Hope I never need to use their emergency services, if they are going to be as available as they are for routine shots.

made an appointment at 11 to pick up my dogs medication, went at 11 and was told to come on time bc they closed at 12. waited 45 minutes outside being 12 weeks pregnant. they were rude over the phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND only there for convenience. horrible service.
