Horrible service and horrible haircut!

Tried to work with the owner Sylvia but she defends her groomer and says she did a good job. When they had the Japanese groomer a few years ago the haircuts were great but they gone and it all sucks!!

They scalped her chin and didn't even put or shape anything. It's all uneven.

For $80!!! You except them to come out at least with an even hair cut. Instead it's all different lengths and bald in some spots.

We brought our own shampoo and told them to use it because my dog is allergic to their shampoo. I spoke to the front desk receptionist and he said ok and I even waited for the groomer to arrive to tell her in person, however, they totally disregarded it and washed her with their shampoo and she broke out and needed medicine and to be rewashed at home with our shampoo.

They offered to a 7 day window to get it trimmed, seriously what's left to trim.

Horrible customer service, insisting they didn't do anything wrong...LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!

They butchered my poor baby. If you care about your dog do NOT send them here. You’re just throwing away good money!

I recently took my dog Roxy to Fluff and Puff and had a fantastic experience. Julie at the front desk greeted me warmly and was super helpful, answering all my questions with a smile. The grooming service was top-notch, and my pet has never looked better. Julie’s great customer service made the whole visit really enjoyable. I highly recommend Fluff and Puff for anyone looking for excellent pet care and service.

I love the new change of the salon! So much cleaner and feel more welcoming. My dog gets best cut and service here. His coat was so silky after the grooming. I met the new owner and the other professional staff. These groomers do a fantastic job of taking care of our fur-baby for reasonable price. You can tell the new owner and staff really care about the salon and the clients. It makes me feel comfortable bringing my dog here.

I love this place and regularly come to get my pup’s nails trimmed. They trim my 18-pound chi-mix carefully and never accidentally cut too deep. Some of the groomers take longer than others but they all do a great job. The staff are always friendly and professional. While you’re waiting, they also have an variety of cute pet-related merchandise to browse through!

Brought my Shih Tzu’s, Archie and Lurch for a wash,cut and nail trim.
They are friendly here and did an Excellent job! I would make an appointment instead of just walking in.

I like to support local business’ in our area like this.

Private Parking lot with many other stores to walk around if you need to kill time. I run all my errands around here too. I’m glad this dog Spa is here .

I have been taking my maltipoo here for a few years as it is less expensive than many other pet groomers around here. The grooming isn't bad but it's not super like some other places that charge more so this place is fairly priced. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with the last groomer who handled our dog. The wash and cut was the same as all the other times but this time our poor dog could not open his eyes for nearly 2 days! At best he was squinting but his vision was definitely impaired. He bumped into walls the first day we brought him back and they said it could be due to the eye drops they gave him, but that is very questionable. What eye drops do that They supplied us with eye drops and said let us know how he does. The first photo is after we picked him up and the second photo is 10 hours later. Poor dog. Fortunately he is slowly doing better!!!

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Barbara was awful. She really don't care. I have pictures to prove.
I been taking my dog there for a while now and the last three times the groomer made horrible mistakes on my dog. Julie (very nice person) tried few times to get it corrected and nothing. Everytime i heard: "Give us another chance and we will make it up to you."
Not true. 3 times mistake and charged me every single time.
When spoke to Barbara she told me "There is nothing i can do, I am only the manager and i can't give you the owner's name because they like in Japan and i don't care". I told her i would go to social media to express how unhappy and wrong they did and she told me again. "yea sure, i don't care"
Please see previous reviews about the same person. I just wish the owners would see this so they will put more professional and respectful employees. Don't recommend.

I had my dog’s grooming done there today which included the bath package. When I picked up my dog, he was overheated and dehydrated and panting away! ?
He drank an entire bowel of water when he got home.
I called them right away to find out what had happened and they told me he was in the kennel and could not explain why he was dehydrated.
Well, there is only one explanation for a dog to be dehydrated and that is lack of water! They left him in the kennel for too long which had to be in hot area inside their facility which explains why our dog was panting! Heat!!!And lack of water could have caused a real health problem for our dog!! I am so very upset to see our dog in this kind of condition!!!! Just terrible!
