Si pudiera dar 10 ? se las daria, excelente staff, lleve a mi baby Felipe hoy, muy satisfecha!!la empatia, rapidos,efectivos,amables, el doctor es excelente!la senorita y el asistente y el joven tech super amables.Como duen̈a de un hospital veterinario se como funciona todo y cubrieron cada esquina conmigo, los tendria con gusto en mi staff!!!...lol

Mi familia y yo le queremos dar las gracias al doctor Robert Prosêk y todo su equipo por sus servicios y cuidados con nuestra mascota Duncan, por mucho tiempo estuvimos buscando solución para un problema cardiaco de nuestra mascota sin éxito, fue hasta que conocimos al doctor Robert hace 3 años que pudo determinar con exactitud el problema y posterior tratamiento, ha sido una bendición para nosotros, ya que su actitud de buena disposición en sus servicios son de enorme simpatía, de igual forma percibimos la pasión y gran amor que siente por los animales, la entrega y compromiso con el que asume cada caso.

Everyone in this office are super friendly and helpful !! Love Dr. Noel ! He’s very knowledgeable, confidence and very details when he explained to me what happened with my baby. My 9years old dog has congested heart failure, pulmonary hypertension. I was very scared I thought my baby is going to die ?but Dr. Noel was very confident and tell me not to worries because they have many cases that the pet survived for longer time by follow the plan of the medications etc ! I felt relieved after meeting all the stuffs and Dr. Noel.. I think lady ? is in a good hand ! Also I wanted to thanks to Miss Isa who handling phone call and appointments etc , I’m so grateful that she found me a spot next day so I don’t need to wait til December, I don’t think lady ? can make it . She also saving my baby life too ! Thank you Florida veterinary cardiology ! I strongly recommended them

My dog Duke was very sick with degenerative valve disease, pulmonary hypertension, and tracheal collapse. Dr. Prosek is an amazing doctor because he took his time to explain everything along with the treatment regimen. I followed everything except Duke’s follow ups because he was like a new dog. I credit Dr. Prosek for allowing me more time with my energic, happy, sweet dog. The medication and diet change gave Duke a great quality of life until his second heart valve tore. My family did not behave kindly to the doctor, and I apologize for their behavior. Duke was seen on 8/17/23 and with the doctor’s help he lived until 8/6/24. I will forever be thankful that with Dr. Prosek’s help I was able to give Duke a wonderful year with many trips to the Keys. Dr. Prosek thank you for naming a star after Duke, it touched my heart and caused happy tears. May God bless you and your staff.

Dr. Prosek is simply the best at what he does. Dr. Prosek and Dr. Noel have kept my dog stable with a heart condition for 4 years. She recently tore a tendon in her heart, not knowing this and just seeing the symptoms of her not being able to breathe and struggling and I really thought I was going to lose my girl - Dr. Prosek and Luis stayed until 9 PM and Isa worked me in to see them. I’m beyond grateful for them and know that they have kept my dog alive because of their care and knowledge. We are lucky to have them in South Florida.

Thank you Dr. Prosek, Dr. Noel, Isa, Luis, and Melanie - you guys are truly angels and make each visit feel comfortable and truly care. They will always greet you with a smile and they work very hard and long to make sure they can see everyone. They will always answer your calls - Isa is always on top of calls and has made sure medications were sent overnight to my pup.

In the waiting room I often hear people complain about the wait. It’s true you’ll usually wait 1-3 hours, but you can call before your appointment to see where they are in the line and plan accordingly - they are very open and honest with this. Also, they allow you to go into the room with your dog during the visit and spend time answering any and all questions and don’t rush you - this is why the wait times can be unpredictable because I’m sure there are pet parents who this is completely new for and are using that time to also get educated and comfortable. I always block off a couple hours for the appointment but see the wait with gratitude because I know how much time they spend with each pet parent - they don’t just do the echo and push you out quickly - the Doctor has spent quality time even drawing out diagrams to help me understand what exactly was going on.

The entire team goes above and beyond and they are hard workers often working from 8 AM - 9 PM. Luis has even called me while still at the office at 9:30 PM to make sure someone got back to me to help solve my dog’s coughing fits and elevated breathing - this is someone who cares and is reflective of the entire office.

I am truly so grateful for this team. They have kept my best friend alive and made me feel like family in the process. Yes they are busy, but there’s a reason - they are truly the best in their field and you will not meet a more caring or kinder group of people.

Very positive experience! The staff was helpful and patient with my pup. Noel was very knowledgeable and Luis even helped me jump my car when my car battery died after the appointment. Could not recommend enough!
