Super nice store with a great variety of T-shirt sizes for all. The owner was super nice and helpful. I purchased a t-shirt for a friend and it fit her perfectly. Ended up ordering another one on the phone---excellent customer service!

We walked into the store as a couple was leaving. The lady behind the counter said to the couple, “sorry you didn’t find anything”. Then the lady told us that the couple was in her store for 20 minutes and didn’t buy anything. She called the couple “losers”. Wow, I was beyond amazed at her attitude. SHE is the one who is rude!!!! We immediately left (without buying anything). Then she said the same thing to us, “sorry you didn’t find anything.” LADY I will never buy anything from you with that attitude! Do not support this store!!!! She needs to learn the meaning of customer service or find a business where she has ZERO contact with customers.

BUYERS BEWARE - DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The woman behind the counter is so rude and unwelcoming! I took a picture of a labor doodle magnet to send to my cousin whose dog just died yesterday and the woman said if I wasn't going to buy it I couldnt take a picture of it. She then proceeded to ask if I was going to buy anything in the rudest voice !! I felt like I had to leave and I was considering getting something but not after that! Whether someone buys something that moment or not - that was terrible customer service and I will not ever be returning- in fact I will advise against anyone going into that store! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

Every time I go to Key West/Sunset Key i try to go by the store. I always grab something for myself, " I am a Dog Person", or a gift for a friend. The owner was always nice and very easy to have a conversation with. She had a great sense of humor! Love the Dog merchandise!

The owner heckled me because I didn’t buy anything and gave me a hard time as I walked out. Do not support a business with an owner as rude as her. Don’t attack your customers.

The lady sitting behind the register was rude and hateful to say the least. Glad we didn’t buy anything and as I now see in other reviews this was not an isolated incident. Not sure why someone would be in the customer service business with an attitude like hers.

The Blue Cat located inside the shops at Mallory Square was the cutest store ever!! We had the pleasure of meeting the shop owner. You can tell she puts a lot of work into her store and she had really cute crafted items. Support local Key West Artists and stop in!!!

The woman at the register was so rude. After she said “ Sorry you didn’t buy anything”. She proceeded to get into an argument with me when I told her that my dog has a talent for tearing up every toy he gets. In all my years of working in customer service, I was appalled to see an employee displaying such blatant disrespect. I can tell you right now that her behavior should never be tolerated. Either adopt a kind attitude or get out of customer service! I can assure you I will not return.
