We have a miniature schnauzer who has a lot of personality. Despite his big bark, he prefers his family and toys to strangers. We were nervous to send him to daycare but were hopeful it would bring his social side out. Three years later & we were right! Fit Dog has been like a family to us in a state where we don’t have any. Our dog never once resisted going in and is always taken care of and looked after by everyone there. He has come to accept pets and being held by staff. I’ve never had to worry when he is at Fit Dog. I could go on and on but if you have any doubts, don’t worry this is definitely the place to try!!! Everyone here is so amazing, and your dog will be well loved and looked after!

My Maltipoo has been going to FitDog for over a year now and he loves it. They built his confidence and he is no longer afraid of bigger dogs; he is tiny (8 lbs). I have also boarded him here when I travel and am comforted that he is in good hands. The staff is super affectionate with the doggies and they are just awesome people. Saul, Emily and the entire FitDog Staff are nothing short of fantastic. My dog Bumi joined the FitDog pack shortly I adopted him. He had a bit of separation anxiety in the beginning but Saul and the entire staff worked to build his trust and comfort there as well as kept me informed of all of the things they were doing as well as what I could do at home to help support Bumi in his transition, which gave me such comfort that they were really invested in my dog. Bumi loves FitDog, whenever you mention the words FitDog he leaps in excitement and runs to his leash area to go. When we arrive, his tail wagging is in full force and he greets the staff with as much enthusiasm as he greets me when I come home and the staff always take a few minutes to welcome him for the day (or stay when boarding). It is such a peace of mind to know I have people who love and care for my dog as if he were their own. Bumi and I are truly grateful to be a part of this wonderful pack!

Fit Dog was a life saver for me during the time I spent living in Chicago. My dog Kaia went to Fit Dog Monday through Thursday for 2 years straight and spent many weekends boarding there. I never had to worry about Kaia while I was at work or away because I knew she was in great hands. Kaia did the transport service and her driver Martin was always very respectful and Kaia looked forward to getting picked up by him every morning. Fit Dog was a second home for Kaia and we both will miss it so much.

Fit Dog has been the greatest daycare and boarding facility since our puppy was old enough to start attending nearly 3 years ago. Emily, Saul and the entire team at both the transport and drop in locations are so responsive, caring, and our dog could not be more excited every time he arrives there. We are going to miss Fit Dog so much when we move from Chicago and recommend them to anyone in the city!

Our golden doodle LOVED going to Fit Dog and always came home absolutely exhausted, after being loved on all day by the incredible team. They took great care of him and I loved seeing photos throughout the day! We also took advantage of the on-site bath services, so nice to pick him up all clean and fresh.

I can not say enough good things about this place! We have a young Vizsla who needs plenty of attention and exercise and FitDog has always been so great at taking care of her. We have used both the drop in service and the bus pick up service, and have been extremely pleased with both. Our dog always comes home happy and tired, and without any injuries. She did get a bee sting one time, and the staff were quick to send us a message, which was greatly appreciated! Given my husband and I's inconsistent work scheduled, we often had to make last minute changes, and Em was always so accommodating! Thank you Em, Sal, and the rest of the amazing FitDog team for taking care of our dog. Highly recommend them!

My dog has been attending daycare 2 days/week for the last 5 months and she is happily exhausted at the end of each play session. The facility is clean and new, the dog pack size is not too large compared to other facilities. The only downside is not having any photos or videos at the end of the day, but judging on how happy she is to go there, I'll continue sending her. Highly recommend this facility, the team seems to really care about the dogs!
