I had to bring my cat Kiwi in this morning for an emergency and I had such a great experience. I was definitely anxious coming in with my male cat showing symptoms of a UTI and knew he was stressed being in a new environment. However, the staff was absolutely amazing and was so caring with every step. I’m someone with a ton of questions and likes clarification on everything but they were so nice answering everything. They got me in and out quickly. They were also super understanding that I’m younger and don’t have the biggest budget when it comes to emergency visits but were able to accommodate with what I could do. Especially going in alone, I didn’t feel like they were pushing unnecessary procedures or tests on me. Again, everyone was super sweet. Especially to Kiwi, which is my biggest priority. He was even rubbing all over them for attention. Definitely recommend this hospital. Thank you to the amazing staff there! ?

The staff and doctors were quick and concerned over Buddy's wellbeing. We received news we didn't want to hear but we were treated with extreme care and compassion. They made Buddy as comfortable as possible. Our heartfelt thanks to you and your staff. Wonderful people.

While our pup’s test results were NOT what we wanted to hear, the entire staff and Dr Linden were wonderful! The front desk staff were easy to talk with and to get scheduled for multiple appointments. Dr Linden came in the room with a smile and a handshake, introducing himself and presenting the options clearly, while taking all my questions. I did not feel rushed nor did I feel like any question was too silly to ask. We had to leave our pup for all-day testing and the pick up was easy for this. We are not finished with our decisions, but I have confidence that First Coast Veterinary Specialists and Emergency will help us through all the hard upcoming choices.

I have taken my dog here for several different reasons but this past time here was exceptional. The most important thing that stood out to me was Zoe, the vet tech. She was insanely kind and gentle, and caring. You can tell she loves what she does. She made a stressful situation seem calm. I can tell she really loved my dog. That is all I could hope for and more when allowing someone to care for your pets.

i cannot praise this place enough. my daughter had to take our senior cat here for emergency care last night and it took a while since our cat wasn’t a critical case which is completely understandable. they answered all of my and my daughters questions knowledgeably and explained everything about her condition and her care in thorough detail. my daughter was so nervous since she was there alone but said that every member of staff was so kind and eased her anxiety. our baby girl is also feeling much better thank you so much first coast!!

I would recommend First Coast Vet! Dr. Fox and staff are so caring and really put us at ease. They took such wonderful care of our dog. We even had a follow up call to check on our dog, which was very appreciated. This is the second time we have had use them with two separate emergencies with our dog in the middle of the night.

First Coast Vets and Dr Wilson took amazing care of my sweet old lady Kiki! She had large growth on her tail and we decided amputation was the best way to ensure she could keep living her best dog life! They took such great care of her and she’s doing so well post surgery. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of my girl!
