All of the ladies there do great work. It doesn’t really matter which stylist helps me. I have never had an issue with any service. I usually don’t talk much because it’s more of relaxation time for me, and they respect that. My autistic child has been there multiple times for a haircut and they are so great at making him comfortable.

I cannot tell you how happy I am that I found this place!
My hair is long and I was trying to transition from brunette to Gray. Kim the manager had all the answers and did an excellent job!
I was begging her co-workers to let her take a break because of her energy level and her commitment to her clients.

I went to Fantastic Sams on Frankfort last Saturday and Jeanette did color on roots only and a haircut. My hair cut was very uneven. The right side was way much longer than the left side and I couldn’t tell if layers were made on this side. I ended up going to another salon to get my hair fixed and cut properly. I am very unhappy and disappointed at this place. Jeanette made a horrible job and coming from a profesional this is not acceptable considering I payed more than $ 100dls. for the service.

So my hair was very grown out and even a orange color I came in and got my hair done, the girl was very friendly and so sweet, my hair turned out okay but seemed a little darker and not enough blonde that I wanted (I wasn’t very specific the first time) but I called and asked if they could maybe do more blonde and lighten it up more. They said absolutely and made an effort to keep calling so we could figure out an appointment that works for both of us. I came back in and Jeanette (didn’t do my hair the first time) redid my hair with no charge this time. She did sooooo amazing! It was a bit pricey the first time but it was okay cause I thought I was gonna get the end result the first time. I’m very happy with the end result and I feel bad about not even being able to tip the second girl but I will be going back and asking for Jeanette and next time I’ll make sure to tip her very well. She’s so amazing!
