Alycia came highly recommended and did a wonderful job on our 2 Goldens 1st visit! I requested a trim to clean them up and their hair was left long like a Golden, but neat and tidy. My husband and I both are very pleased! Thank you for taking care of our shy "cliff diver" and our overly affectionate ""aggressive lover", they were a lot less stressed out than I thought they would be!

Our Moose has only been to Fancy Paws twice in the last few years ( I usually just groom him myself) but both times they have done an excellent job with him. Moose is very nervous and shy but Fancy Paws came highly recommended by a friend and today when we picked him up he was tail wagging happy and still trying to sniff everyone 😅 Once again he smells sooo good, his fur is silky soft, and he looks great not to mention adorable with the patriotic bandana they put on him 🤩😍 They are affordably priced and even have toys & treats available for purchase.

Took my friends timid 3 legged Pomeranian here, and these ladies were incredible with him! We asked for a lion cut, he looked so cute when they were done! And I was nervous at 1st because everywhere else was booked up for weeks and they had a next day appointment open. Glad I took it!

My husband just forwarded me a text from Fancy Paws saying our boy was ready and I could pay before pickup. Went to pay and there was a $25 late/no show fee. I didn’t know he had missed an appointment so I called and she said he missed one the previous month. I said I had no idea he had an appointment and I never received a text, that is why I had made today’s appointment. She said the text was automated and I would need to pay the no show fee. After hanging up I realized my husband must have received the text but did not relay it to me. We have been going there for 3 years. They need to put multiple phone numbers in their system to remind people. If not, they need to get a confirmation accepted from the customer or maybe a phone call should be made. It’s been nice Fancy Paws but you have just lost a loyal customer and any more referrals I would have given.
