I had the honor of photographing the residents Holiday party at Falcon Ridge Rehabilitation in Hutto,TX as a charitable donation, and I was thoroughly impressed by the entire event. The Director of Nursing and the Administrator did an excellent job organizing this Holiday celebration. They showcased their commitment to the residents and their families well-being and happiness.

The staff were attentive and compassionate, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone. Touring the facility made it clear that the care provided is of the highest quality. I witnessed the joy and engagement of the residents during the celebration, which speaks volumes about the nurturing environment they have created.

It is heartwarming to see such dedication in a long-term care facility, and I'm grateful to have the opportunity to give back to our community in support of such a caring organization.

My husband is 90 years old and suffers from the results of Prostrate and Colin cancer. This requires continuous care of a catheter and stoma.
He has memory lapses, often requiring special care. After a fall at home resulting in a broken hip, we had to find a place where he would be safe and his special needs cared for. I researched and visited over a dozen facilities. I chose Falcon Ridge, not because of its convenience, but for how comfortable it felt, how clean it was and the friendliness of the staff and nurses. The attendants and nurses take outstanding care of my husband’s needs and they work well together. Falcon Ridge has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and everyone is friendly and helpful. The Director, Jorge, Calderon, is literally spot on if a major issue arises.

Dee Owens is an excellent liaison and gets things accomplished. Joann Henry in the Business Office is very knowledgeable. Our experience is Falcon Ridge is the best nursing home in the area; modern, clean, with a caring staff. My Mother "LD" is well attended there.

Wound care nurse Brenda N. makes me smile, she takes the time to answers all of my questions and concerns, she is very gentle in the care she delivers. She makes a huge difference in my care.

I just left this place to do a door dash order. As soon as I walked in I could obviously tell I was NOT wanted there. EVERYONE was extremely unhelpful and extremely stand-off. If they do dashers like that I can only imagine what happens behind closed doors. I’ll never return. Reading all of the reviews I’ll say I see a common occurrence, ethnic minorities get treated way worse than others

My spouse broke her ankle and needed a bit of physical therapy. She stayed at Falcon Ridge for a while. They were fantastic. The staff was professional and attentive. They addressed any issues immediately. The atmosphere was clean,
safe, and peaceful. They took great individual care of my wife during her stay. Want to thank everyone for a great experience. Brenda gave excellent wound care and nursing, Regina helped with personal care and Amanda at the reception desk too. Dee was the case worker and facilitated everything nicely. When there was an issue with transportation I called and Amanda got right on it and solved the problem within minutes. There are others but I can't name them all. I highly recommend this place for rehab or skilled nursing, long or short term stay.
