I have been going there just a short time. I really like Dr. Travis. Everyone has been very nice to me and my cat. I would recommend them to anyone. A picture of my cat, Zach, who loves to get close to me when I lay down.

When we board Angus while we are on vacation, we never have to worry about him, they all take so good care of him while he is there. From the girls up front to the vet tech's and the Doctors, to his kennel girls. They contact us if they have a concrete while he is there. We wouldn't go to anyone else.
Angus was tired when he got home yesterday after spending 10 days there.

After a few horrible experiences with other local vet offices, I hoped this would be a better experience for us. Initially it was. The doctor was nice enough and I was able to get in pretty fast.However, I was left disappointed. After my dogs ear hematoma was drained the doctor said it may refill at some point. She did NOT say it could possibly refill the very same day. I would never elected to have it drained if that were the case. During this visit they also tried to sneak some $60 ear cleaner on our bill. Fortunately, I had it taken off before checking out You can literally find the same dog ear cleaner for $7 on Amazon.
So I called the next morning to find out if his ear refilling the same day was a normal expectation. Beth, who answered the phone was downright rude and condescending.. I asked if my dogs ear was just going to keep refilling every single day and she said "probably". She made it sound as though I should know this based on my dog having one previous ear hematoma. I wasn't even aware that draining was an option until I scheduled the appointment with them and I was relieved that there was an alternative treatment since my dog is a senior and wouldn't tolerate surgery as well now. Just the snide response on this review says enough of what you can expect from Fairview Animal Hospital

I took my new puppy to FHA for a health check the day after I got him. A truly wonderful experience. Dr Travis checked my boy out and spent some xtra time with us reminiscing about my Jack who I lost last June. I've been going there for years and continued on after my Drs retired until my Jack was gone. I didn't hesitate a second in bring my new little one to them as they truly feel like family after all these years. Thanks everyone...you're the best!!

Dr. Kiley was great with my reactive dog. She took the time to explain things to make sure I understood what is the best thing for him but didn't pressure me into any one decision. Words will never express our gratitude for Dr. Moore. In our deepest time of need for our 4 year old St. Bernard, Beatrice, her and the entire staff were so compassionate and caring. It's never easy saying goodbye to your fluffy kids, but they sure made it easier. We would highly recommend Fairview Animal Hospital.
