The vet tech that put us in a room was very friendly and knowledgeable. When the vet was able to see us, she sat on the floor with our dog and talked to us about all of our options. She was caring, thorough, and thoughtful of our finances when helping us make decisions. Overall we were very happy with our experience and the treatment our dog received.

Fairview Heights Animal Clinic is the best. They treat my dog like it's their own. My dog even gets excited when we pull up! Have had all routine physicals and shots. Love the convenience of online scheduling and text reminders, and the grooming is affordable and they do a great job. I've also boarded several times and my dog is always well cared for.

I adopted my cat almost 5 months ago. The first vet I saw wouldn't address any of my cats itching or what I thought was allergy symptoms. A few months later I decided to get a second opinion, and I am glad I did. Dr. Thacker immediately diagnosed her with allergies and started us on medicinal treatments. After experiencing poor vet help as a first time cat mom, I am so happy I decided to switch to Fairview Heights Animal Clinic. I finally feel like all of her issues were addressed and I feel confident that my sweet girl is finally getting adequate veterinary care. All of the staff we met were so kind and loving towards my girl. The environment felt very safe and I finally feel like we found a team that truly just loves animals and wants them to be healthy and well cared for. Thanks, Dr. Thacker and clinic staff! I hope we have a great follow-up in the next few weeks.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr Z. We've been taking our cats to him for 15 years now. He's patient, explains everything in a way I can understand, somehow always finds time to answer questions, is extremely knowledgeable, and truly cares about each animal he sees. His staff is great too!
