I would say this Vet charges a lot of money compared to others but honestly you are paying for really good service. The doctors are really knowledgeable and definitely very professional. I am so happy on making my decision on coming here. They are very organized and clean. Crystal was definitely one of my favorite encounters here she was absolutely kind and very patient on helping me out. 10/10 experience and would recommend this vet.

I took my dog to this vet because he was scooting and needed his glands expressed. The visit started off poorly when they left me waiting in the room for over an hour and forgot about me until I went out, and they asked who I was.

The vet apologized, and we moved past it. I explained that my dog just needed his glands expressed, as this had happened before and usually provides him with immediate relief. The vet took him for the exam.

Afterward, the vet confirmed it was just his glands but also gave me a $600 estimate for vaccines, many of which he was already up to date on. I declined most of the vaccines but agreed to a rabies shot and the gland expression. However, when my dog came back, he was still visibly uncomfortable, which was unusual since he normally feels better right away. I voiced my concern, but the vet tech reassured me that it might take a few days for his discomfort to subside and said I could bring him back if he didn’t improve.

A few days later, he wasn’t any better, so I called the vet, and they asked me to come back in. They examined him again finding nothing and gave me another high estimate for tests and vaccines. I declined and was surprised when they asked me to pay for this follow-up appointment, especially since they had told me I could bring him back if he didn’t improve. When I mentioned this, the vet returned with a full hostility, saying I should’ve asked about charges upfront and that his time was valuable. He even yelled at me for not accepting their $600 treatments. I told him my time was valuable too and that I was only back because their treatment didn’t work. I also said their practices seemed shady. At that point, he told me to take my dog and never come back. Then they made me wait while they retrieved my dog. That also made me nervous.

Moved out of the area, but was visiting Brentwood with my puppy when we had a vet emergency. Fairview Animal Hospital got us right in and took care of my girl! They were very friendly, professional and accommodating. I was so appreciative!

They are very good. Expect to pay for that goodness. $$$$$ They diagnosed my dog with an enlarged heart. Something my normal vet ignored. I could have changed her diet and kept her around longer. She was a special one.
Let me clarify that I've been going to another vet in Antioch for, geez, 30 years(?) I go back to them and then back to Fairview because it's closest to me. I had surgery on my R foot and needed to go to them. AGAIN, they tell me about my other dogs kidney failing. I think I might just go there. I'll save gas and dogs' lives. TY! My loyalties need to change.

I love working with this pet hospital. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. The doctors are great. I highly recommend this vet and their office to anyone. I personally use them for my blackhead Caique (9-inch parrot) who needs his beak trimmed and claws and wings clipped regularly.

We have taken our rescue poodle. cocker spaniel mix for a year this month and experienced excellent care for out puppy. Excellent husband and wife Docs, very caring staff and reasonable availability for appointments contributes to their excellent rating.

Absolutely love Fairview! They have been amazing with my pug Ruby! The vets are extremely knowledgeable…everyone that works there from front desk, back office, vets are very friendly and loving to the animals that come to them for care!

Highly recommend…will not take my dogs anywhere else!
