I brought my cat in for an exam and for bloodwork and unfortunately she’s aggressive and the doctor could not fully assess her, they sent us home with anti anxiety medication. When we came back the doctor was able to fully examine her and draw blood. I am grateful that she took the extra steps to make sure she got fully examined. I’m glad my cat was stress free during the process. I truly appreciate their help. You guys have a lifelong client!!

Been coming here for 4 years now for my two cats and Boston Terrier dog. The staff is amazing, very caring and loving of my pets and never rude to us. I will always pay and do what it takes for my fur babies to be healthy and the prices have always been reasonable to us. I know my babies will be taken care of, and if you know your pet needs space, its common sense to not expect the front office staff to constantly babysit every human with their pet. There is enough space where you can move and keep your pet calm, dont rely on other pet owners. I always set and appointment and get seen in reasonable time. Thank you Fairgrounds

Staff is rude. The only nice person is the older lady. They don't return phone calls and don't answer the phone. When calling for a refill on prescription they never returned my call and I had to go there in person 2 days later to get the refill and they acted like they never got the message. Stacey was the rudist person. Plan on a 2 hour visit when you go there. I really like Dr. Johnson, but unfortunately I'm looking for another vet because of all I stated. And, I've been a 20 year client!!

My dog Luna had a Lipoma that had invaded the brachial plexus and affected her walking. We were able to get her in and see Dr. Krebs. She was able to perform the surgery and explained everything easily. Luna is doing well and I’m super grateful. The staff is amazing too.

I have to say, the entire staff at Fairgrounds has been amazing. I recently got two new kittens, both ended up with upper respiratory infections and giardia, VERY lethargic and both kittens were very underweight for the breed. I called them on the Monday after bringing home the kittens, and they fit me in that morning. They did exams on both kittens, did testing and started a treatment plan for the kitten that was struggling more. The next day, the kitten that was struggling, started vomiting, I called in the afternoon, and they took me that day, again working me into the schedule. We left after having a new plan for treatment, and additional medication. Soon the other kitten started declining, again they quickly they fit me in, sent me home with antibiotics and a new treatment for giardia. Over the last few weeks, this has been the story, they have been quick to help and treat my kittens, finally both kittens are on the mend and gaining weight, respiratory issues are nearly gone (one of the boys was significantly worse) and they have an over abundance of energy. I can not thank the team at Fairgrounds enough. Dr Rishwain has been wonderful with answering all my questions, and all my husbands questions. He has been patient and compassionate. All the assistants, All the DVM's (Dr Krebs, Dr Sovik and Dr Johnson, Dr Rishwain), the CSR's and the LVT's have given these kittens the most positive experience at the vet despite being so sick.
