I cannot even come up with the correct words to express our gratitude and the absolute greatness of the Fairbury Veterinary Hospital. We are beyond appreciative of Dr. Jackson and the entire staff at Fairbury Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Jackson has saved the lives of 2 of my beloved dogs. The first being my best boy, Berkly, we were blessed to have 15 years with him! When he was 12, he was diagnosed with an acute kidney injury and Dr. Jackson was quick to treat him and help us treat him through the entire process. We were able to have 4 more wonderful years with him.
Next is our sweetest boy, Kevin. He recently was diagnosed with a severe intestinal blockage from a sock. It was a very extensive surgery but Dr. Jackson has such an amazing broad spectrum of knowledge. We are incredibly lucky that we see Dr. Jackson and are so incredibly fortunate!!! The level of personal care, communication and compassion is incomparable to anywhere I’ve ever been. I can’t thank them enough.

Our two dogs have been Fairbury Vet patients for almost two years. In that time, all staff we interacted with have been compassionate, knowledgeable, gentle and patient. They have fit us in for emergency vet appointments, they have reasonable prices and wonderful standards!
Sometimes the waiting bench has free toys— our senior dog was so pleased to pick himself a new favorite friend.

Never going here again! My cat suffered for 4 days before he died (put to sleep) because of these people. Took him in because he had a stroke, they said that's not what is was, YES, it was, verified by my regular vet. He also had heart failure and told us it was just an infection and sent him home with antibiotics. They were cold, distant and seemed upset they had to deal with us. Only came here as an "emergency" since he was having trouble breathing.

This facility is by far the best place I have ever taken my animals to. Went in for a nail trim for our old lady. Ended up doing x-rays bloodwork and getting some scripts. Dr S and techs were so good to our Lola and gave us peace of mind. Very knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly

I would like to thank Dr Jackson, Dr Getty and Michelle for saving my Doggie Sarge. We went into the office for the 1st time on an emergency visit after our dog was acting very strange. They seen right away that he was having problems and did everything they possibly could to save his life. They worked as a team to figure out what was going on. Without them, Sarge wouldn't be here today. We appreciate you so much and can not say Thank you enough. This will now be our Vet for the rest of our Furbabies and we couldn't be happier that we found them. You can tell the Dr's and the entire staff are truly compassionate about their clients. Thank you again for everything and we look forward to continuing using you for all of our animals.
