I've visited the store several times since getting my snake, and I’ve had decent experiences every time. All the employees I’ve met have been super friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Yes, there’s a strong smell typical of a small pet store, but that’s just part of the experience.

The only downside is that the store isn't wheelchair accessible, but I'm confident they would do their best to accommodate anyone who needs assistance. Overall, it's a great place to shop for pet supplies!

Very friendly staff. Very helpful. Went to a couple shops and decided to purchase here. Basically all the pets looked well cared for and husbandry was good. Pricing seemed inline, would recomend here and other local breeders/shops over any big box pet store. Chatted with several of the staff members and they were all nice. I love this place they had such a wide selection and everything looked happy and healthy, bought this chonky dude, named him cheeseburger. He was a surrender, don’t worry though. He will be loved.

The only thing I would say I didn’t like was how tight the walk ways were but that’s due to having so many supplies and not enough room for shelves or extra storage space. As far as the smell goes it had the smell that a cricket enclosure would have. As someone who has bought crickets by the butt load I can say in a very short time whatever they are in starts to smell and you can’t do much about it.

I hate to leave a negative review, but the repeated poor customer service is getting ridiculous.
Some examples:
On a previous visit we were sold african soft fur rats when we asked for adult mice and when I said something they informed me all they had were african soft furs, accompanied with an attitude. They also didn't even ask if african soft furs would be an ok substitute, they just bagged them up.
Tonight was the worst though. We asked for fuzzies and the guy tried to give us what were obviously pinkies so I had to say something about that. Then he gave us mealworms instead of super worms, when I said something about it he apparently felt the need to inform me that we said mealworms with a healthy helping of attitude.
I let the attitude problems slide multiple times and didn't give a review, but after experiencing it repeatedly I finally felt the need to do a review.
I expected a shop like this to know the feeders, but they obviously don't so you better know what you're looking at. Also expect an attitude from them when they give you the wrong thing and you notice.
They give the vibe that they expect you to take whatever they feel like handing you and that's not appropriate.

Gave me the wrong lamp and bulb TWICE!!! They RARELY have rats for snake feeding. And all the employees are bout dumb as a box of rocks. They have ABSOLUTELY NO KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR PRODUCTS!!! Extremely disappointed with this place, if I knew another place that sold live rats for feeding, simple to say I’d never go back. OH AND I’ve found a good few dead snakes in the enclosures IN THE STORE. I have no clue how their even still open…
