The staff seem to really care about the animals. But good luck making a call, cuz they rarely ever answer their phone! I was very upset they wanted to force vaccinate my dogs for rabies before they could be seen, as my dogs have had bad reactions to the rabies vaccines before! This was a new policy that was never required before!

The techs are wonderful! My first visit with my elderly protective dog and they loved on him. Made him very comfortable. The Dr was nice, to the point and gentle. I will come here again and again.

I just got Hunter my male dog he is about 7 months old, the lady I got him from had already got his rabies shot, so I wanted to get him the flea pill and when we got there he was very excited, the girl at the front desk was so very kind and helpful, I also got him a pofo? shot not sure that is spelled right. The clinic was very clean and they were steady busy, but took good care of Hunter I definitely recommend this place.

A dog I rescued from TX named Peppercorn was involved in an accident on transport. The Evergreen Fire Chief took our boy as the transporters were injured. He kept him for several hours until your clinic opened. I will be FOREVER grateful for the love and care you gave him! We were so blessed that this unfortunate accident happened in Evergreen Alabama! He is doing wonderfully after his surgery. GOD bless you all!

I love the kind way the assistants and Dr.Killcrease help with what I need to know about my dog Bebe.

Dr.Killcrease and the assistants are very smart & knowledgeable in what they do.

Dr.Killcrease is very kind & understanding.
He explained to me everything I wanted & needed to know about Bebe.

They even endured me asking about a thousand questions.

When I had a concern about a medication, Dr.Killcrease would explain why he thinks Bebe needs it, possible side affects, and alternative medication if I wasn't sure about one.

When Bebe needed some eye ointment or anything else applied to her body, he'll show me where and how to apply it.

He'll also tell me how often Bebe needs her shots and etc.

Bebe is very happy when she goes there, she sometimes gets a little nervous, but Dr.Kilkcrease will immediately try to comfort her and put her at ease.

I also love the way he is dedicated, devoted, and honestly concerned about his furry patients.
