Working at EPIC/PEVS has been an absolute dream come true. As the manager of this incredible facility, I have the privilege of witnessing firsthand the remarkable care and dedication that our team provides to each and every horse that comes through our doors.

From the moment I joined this establishment, I knew that I was part of something truly special. The passion and expertise that our veterinarians and staff possess are truly exemplary, and it is evident that the well-being of the horses is always the top priority.

What I appreciate the most is the culture that Dr. Rullan has cultivated within the hospital. It is a culture of respect, collaboration, and unwavering commitment to excellence. The trust and freedom that Dr. Rullan provides his staff empowers them to work together as a team with confidence, creativity and passion.

Every day, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to work in such a positive and supportive environment. The bond that we share as a team, united by our love for horses and our dedication to their recovery and well-being, is truly inspiring.

I am beyond thankful for the trust, mentorship, and encouragement that Dr. Rullan has provided, allowing us to flourish in our roles and contribute to the success of this exceptional facility. My horse was taken care of by Andrew V and while my horse was there he kept me well informed with her progress with pictures, videos, texts and phone calls. Andrew was great to work with always answered my questions and though he is very busy he never made me feel he didnt have time for me on my horse inquiries. He is a godsend and I’m so happy with the care he gave my horse. Corrin his assistant was so friendly and helpful kind and would give me latest update on my horse and was always ready to chat if I had any questions she is amazing! I want to put a shout out to Sara at the front desk she is sweet friendly and always sounds like a delightful person when I would call into the office. She is exactly the kind person you would want answering your customers phone calls and the face that greats them when clients come in through the front door. Kudos to all three of these team players that I had the opportunity to encounter while my horse was at the facility. You are near and dear to me ?.

My horse had a wonderful stay at EPIC where he rehabbed from a surgery. The team at EPIC is excellent, specifically Andrew who was extremely communicative with me and sent me photos / videos and updates constantly on my horse’s health and happiness. He communicated easily with my vet and followed the rehab protocol perfectly, and my horse came back to me perfectly groomed, shod, fit, happy, and sound! Andrew even helped me arrange shipping home (which for various reasons was extremely difficult!) Me and my family are so grateful to have worked with such an upstanding team!
