In response to Tobi Bratcher’s negative review, you, sir, are certainly entitled to your opinion; however, I must disagree. My Sweet Ellee went to Endless Love Pet Palace (ELPP) for daycare and boarding from the time she was 14 weeks until she passed away at 9-1/2 years old from cancer. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. ELPP has only improved since it was sold a few years back. Cherry, Kayla, and crew run this place well and they love the dogs in their care just like we do. These are some of the hardest working people I have ever met. I’m thankful that they put the dogs in their care their number one priority and above anything else.

I’m not sure if you realize that there are two large suites, one on each side of the building, therefore, they can come out either side if you reserve a large suite. Also, as far as walking back to get your dog, I’m thankful that is not allowed. They do this for the safety of the dogs and the clients. You won’t find a boarding facility/daycare around here that will allow you to go back and pick your dog up yourself.

I, too, hated it when we started having to bag our food in portions, as well as treats. But, rules are rules, and when corporate changed the rules, they were meant to be followed.. I sometimes boarded my sweet girl for 20 or more days while I traveled. I had to bag her food in portions and it became second nature, even if I grumbled.

You can check out other daycare/boarding facilities where your dog will walk around in circles all day long, or be in an indoor/outdoor run; however, you will not find one that interacts with, loves on, cares for, and puts his/her safety first as much as ELPP does.

Since my sweet girl has passed on, I don’t have a dog in this fight (if you’ll forgive the pun); however, I hated to see this, I believe, unfair review of the best daycare/boarding facility in Middle Georgia.

Endless Love Pet Palace is a great place to board your pet. The ck in and ck out is always easy as possible. When you are dropping off, staff actually come to your car to help you unload the pet, as you also have food, blankets, etc! Our Jessie (beagle) has stayed with them twice and her kennel/room is always clean. I love the outside area for the pets to run and play. The staff are very kind, and considerate. I pay a little extra for "one on one" (cuddle) time and I feel good about it!! Thank you all at ELPP! We appreciate you caring for our Jessie when she is with you!!

Endless Love Pet Palace is a game changer! I cannot recommend them highly enough. By far the best daycare/boarding location in all of Middle Georgia and Atlanta. We are extremely cautious with our babies and have one that is a rescue. He is older and has had a lot of trauma surrounding eating. This is the first place ever that actually cares about our babies and spends the time with them to help them with their increased anxiety while away from us. The staff is all wonderful and Cherry, the manager, is amazing. I can't say enough good things. We are so grateful for everyone at Endless Love Pet Palace! We tried and interviewed so many places before finally finding them, even in Atlanta, but no other location even remotely compares.

In the middle of July, 2024, we were on a special camping trip to Georgia, which also included our dogs, Rodney, a full-size labradoodle, & Remy, a miniature golden-doodle.
During this trip, our nephew was also retiring from the Air Force, at Robins AFB, after 20 years of service.
Inasmuch, we needed dog-daycare for our boys so that we could attend our nephew's special celebration.
Endless Love Pet Palace took in our boys, and it was obvious that they treated them as V.I.P.s - they even gave them a bath.
When we picked them up, they were excited to see us, but were in great spirits, affording us the comfort of knowing they had been in good hands. Thank you to Cherry & the crew, at Endless Love Pet Palace!!!

TLDR: Won't be back. Fake reviews, greedy, lazy, and at the bare minimum doesn't listen.

Edit: Also, padding their reviews it seems. They made a response review that contains information that I only discussed with a manager after they called. Which means they shared what we talked about and had someone make a review in response, posing as a customer. When I mentioned this to the manager, I was not meaning you literally go unlatch the gate and get them yourself, merely at another boarding facility I used in the past you could walk back to the room with the person retrieving your dog and see the room in which your dog had been in. Maybe you could explain some of my original critiques away (although seeing as you were willing to do this, I doubt it), this is flat out shady and I for sure will not be back now. Demoted to 1.

Original Review:
I only started going to this place since they were partnered with my vet. Since than something has always seemed a bit off each time. From them taking me to a room to show where my dog was staying and then subsequently pulling him out from the other side of the building when I came back for pick up, to ridiculous fees for what should be standard with boarding.

They have recently begun charging a fee for scooping food out of a bag of food that you provide. Unless you provide X amount bags for X amount of feedings. Even if you have an extended stay like I did, there is no exceptions. 7 days and you feed your dog twice a day? Better prepare 14 bags of food each individually wrapped. This is literally the only place I have seen this. It just screams lazy and greedy especially when it takes two seconds. At the bare minimum people board their pets so that they have water, food, and shelter while they are away and should be baked into the price of boarding. It just makes me wonder what other shortcuts or things their being lazy about that we don't see.

Even having reluctantly agreed to the fee, after picking him up the most recent time he had more food left over than I expected him to have. Which makes me believe that they weren't feeding him twice a day, like they had been told. This is with me providing a sample size bag for them so they would know how much to give him each time.

The price doesn't bother me, it's the principal. I upgraded my packages of my own will, and without them even asking. However, because of the aforementioned stuff. I'm doubting some things got done that I paid for. I have a few other suspicions that are purely speculative, but I can't prove so I will not write them here. Think carefully about who you choose.

Best place to take your pets for boarding or daycare. Percy Jackson loves to go to “school” and play with his friends. The staff is amazing. They truly care and are wonderful with communication and taking pictures during the day! You won’t regret choosing ELPP to care for your four-legged loved ones!

My babies (and me!) love Endless Love Pet Palace!! Katerina has been coming since I moved here 3 years ago and now Castle comes for daycare and boarding. He loves to go and is always trying to jump out of the car before we park! He’s so happy and exhausted when he comes home from playing and snuggling. Cats are in a separate area away from the dogs and have large areas to be comfortable in. They will come in and play/interact with the cats as much or as little as your cat likes. Very attentive to animals needs/personalities. Staff is a joy to talk to and I know my babies are well taken care of with them!
They have different specials and ways to spoil your babies extra! Pic below from waffles and “wine” special recently and you can see how much Castle loves it!

This facility is top notch. ALL of the employees are very helpful with any requests that we have and they LOVE our babies. Stella and Arthur both get so excited when we take them to the “puppy palace”. This is the only place I would leave my babies.
