I was in a bad MVA. Was having a real hard time with life. Then I came to this place the nurses and staff were exceptionally well versed in they're fields. The Physical therapy staff how ever when I met them I heard top gun music. Mrs. Patrysha and Mrs. Kendall they are the absolute best I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I think of them as the female versions of maverick every time I think about them I hear the theme song from top gun. Absolute hero's in my opinion they have a difficult job. They have to push you when your hurt. They know exactly what to say to get the absolute best results out of you. I am forever in debt to them and will be eternally grateful. I got my mobility back and my life back. Thank you girls so much.

Very kind and understanding hospital I recommend encompass to anyone needing to get back to life thank yall

This hospital is simply amazing. My husband was here and all of the Nurses, Aides, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy people are truly compassionate and caring. The facility itself is so nice, clean and sanitary. Housekeeping does an excellent job. I wish all facilities were this good. 10 plus stars for Encompass for their caring. Now... I'm trying to get my husband back here for some additional Rehabilitation after his stay at Ashton Medical Lodge. Hopefully we hear from them soon. ?

Best experience that I have ever had in a position of care The Staff was top notch and not only attended to your needs but surpassed them. Therapy was very engaging and I really felt as though the staff were really rooting for me to get better. I left the hospital feeling confident that I had all the tools to continue my care on an outpatient basis. I am forever grateful to this facility and it's staff.

The staff from the front office to the attendance nurses in the 500 rooms, caseworkers and doctors as well as the housekeeping, food service and security were absolutely kind hearted, caring and professional. This facility is very well managed by trained professionals and great leaders. Heartfelt thank you from our family for the outstanding care you gave to our father.

All my staff were very good and took care of me very well from start to finish. Paul (Bob) was prompt, Nidira was a wonderful aid and took care of my need. Those that were my nurses kept me informed of how I was improving.and would monitor my progression. Everyone was concerned about how I made improvements along the journey. Thank you all for all that you did

I had a wonderful and very progressive stay here at Encompass... The entire staff gets involved and everybody goes beyond their duties. Doctors , RN, HR, NURSES, OT'S, CNA'S, Pharmacist, House Keeping, even employees from the kitchen started coming daily to offer options for meals to accommodate each person individually.. what a wonderful idea. Somebody from the office even helped push me outside in my wheelchair. This facility is immaculate and I'm very blessed to have been able to recover in this Establishment. I want to send a shout out to Carry and Yvette.. there are several others. Especially nurse that I didn't memorize their names ..
They were all GREAT...

Very unprofessional this time . Case manager was not helpful at all. Discharged my mom with an iv that was put in via sonogram. Just not anything good to say about encompass this time .we did have a few very amazing nurses on her watch .
