My sister has been at this facility for a few weeks now, and the service is top notch. The physical therapists are the best! Kelsey, the case manager is so professional and kept us informed. The nurses and custodians are very personable and sweet. I wish my sister was able to continue her rehab her. I wish all of them the best. It’s really a great place for your loved ones.

Encompass is a very nice rehabilitation hospital. I had been hospitalized for over two months and basically kept flat on my back. The therapists worked with me for two weeks and I could walk, with a walker, all over the building when I was preparing to go home. The nurses also taught me how to feed myself through a feeding tube. I thank them for my excellent care and instructions!

Great therapists. Decent food. Nice and attentive nursing staff and aides. Experience was pleasant.... what their PT & OT therapists did for me in 2 weeks was amazing . HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 💕

The facility was well designed and very clean. The nurses and aids were very respectful and addressed the patient’s needs. The therapists spent quality time with each patient and cared about emotional needs. The Case Manager kept us informed. Highly recommend Encompass of Lakeland.

This was the third and best rehabilitation hospital my mom has been in. The training program was great as well as the therapists and all staff in the care team. Highly recommended!

For the most part, the stay was good. The night shift could use some service training.
Night shift is rude. Makes you feel like you are bothering them, and once complained I felt I was threatened. The food was horrible. They didn't give enough food to keep a bird alive. The day shift was good, and seemed to care. Nursing staff was good..
