Highly recommend Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital. Alex, Jessica, and Stacey, my therapists, were extremely pleasant and such a help to me as I was recovering from a very difficult surgery. I also want to thank all the night techs, especially Ms. Norma James she was very comforting and such a jewel. The nursing staff and doctors were so attentive, making sure I was okay and making sure I was never in need. The case manager Amanda made sure I had everything I needed when I was there and also when I left the facility. I would recommend anyone in need of a rehabilitation center for themselves or family to check them out.

All the nursing & therapy staff were all professional. I suffered a stroke last Jan. 6. & was admitted for rehab for almost 2 wks. It was a very hard journey but with the care of all the nursing staff assigned to me nursesJackie, Lorna, May,Elaine, Andrea, Ana, Desiree, Geraldine, iris, Samantha jonesspeech & swallow therapistthank you encompass for giving me the chance to be treated with all of these exceptional, professional individual Romina, Bervan pt-Alex,Jessica, Marcus, Elda ot-Stacey, holy, Olivia, May, Stephanie, Megan, May, Linda, Kirsten, keylan, case mgr. Jennifer Hobbs who often visited me asking me what other needs I want , dr. Amanda my case doctor who advices us proper foods to eat, likewise the dietician, even roomcleaner Julia nursing tech.Lilian,Bervan, Regina & all others of the teamwho cared for me that I forgot to mentionwere all exceptional professional talented people who brought me back from paralysis. They were all very respectful who treated me & my familyhumanely in a very dignified manner. They were all the reasonwho encouraged me to work harder & gave me hope towards my recovery especially my2 big brothers Pt-Alex & Ot-Alex who were verypatient & provided me valuableknowledge how to be independent & safe agaiafter the rehab. Another thing for all those undergoing rehab keep fighting never lose hope youmust instill in your mind to be a warrior in your moment of despair learn to be closer to our God Almighty. Start praying & ask forgiveness Instead of watching tv in your bed. It won't be an instant miracle but keep faith I am athome now but always thinking how to strengthen my body since we are not bless financially just like others.ti continue my theraphy with the equipments available at the rehab center.I have to find other ways to go on with my theraphy at home.

Johnathan, Shelby, Shelly, Megan, Cynthia, Bee, and many other therapists, nurses, cooks, aids, & janitors were so kind and helpful in Rita's recovery process! We felt like they truly cared about us - not only during our stay, but also in ensuring we had everything we needed when we got home. Everyone was kind, helpful, professional. The OPT, and PT therapists gave me great work outs. Can't remember all the names, but Max, Lillian, Nebra, Tatitani, Jonathan and especially Lindsey. Wish I could remember other names because there were others who made my stay pleasant. I highly recommend this facility.

I have never been to a rehabilitation hospital before stay in January 2025, all staff was cartius and thoughtfulness. If you ever need long term hospitalization rehab this is the place to go. Thank you for helping me recovery from my surgery and making sure I was safe while doing my physical therapy to get more independent so I could go home and use the skills you taught me so I could continue my recovery process with outside physical therapy.

Recommend the facility. From the first walk in visit to tour the facility, Lisa Parks was accommodating and magnetic with her answers to my questions. Facility is clean and culture of staff is energetic. Stephanie Harley very good follow up with me. She is so sweet and empathetic. The Rehab staff mostly were attentive except for some nurses at night I guess no TLC but mostly 75% were helpful especially the Asian nurses, and aide Lilian !!!
My dad had our family presence everyday and nite which was a bonus for the facility and for us promoting a faster recovery of our father. Guest trays appreciated.
Resolution of complaints was fast. I wish there is a consistency of scheduling same therapist caring for the patient . Sara M., Courtney, Valerie, Alex are in my dad's smart memory ,impressive. There was a SLP assigned named Katherine one day and when I asked the staff who came what her name was and she said M. and a student , I was surprised. It would have been better if K. came and introduced herself and the student of just sending her student to the room .
Justin the PT supervisor was great. Jenny discharge planner super ! Head Nurse accommodating. Our dad is doing well. Thank you.
