Sali ayer del hospital y ha sido mi mejor experiencia en un hospital de recuperacion, quiero dar las gracias, a todos los doctores, enfermeras, terapistas, todo el personal fue profesional, respetuoso, compasivo y amable con mi persona. I had a wonderful stay here. The staff and caregivers were very gracious. To me it felt more like a health spa than a rehab. Too many people to thank but a special thanks must go out to Aimee and Kimmie, my therapists, and Margarita who fueled my mornings with coffee. The meals were also 3 stars. Christina and my doctors were very attentive as well. Thank you so very much.

Horrible Horrible my auntie was attacked by some CNA‘s. She is a African-American female there to recover and get better and she was attacked and has bruises on her arm by the staff at encompass health in Bakersfield, California and I’m pretty sure she is not the only person that’s been through that by looking at the reviews there needs to be an investigation done immediately and me and my family will not stop until we get justice I happen to go see my auntie and she told me that she was attacked and had bruises all over her. We spoke to the charge nurse. And they didn’t seem to want to help At all, so we are going higher to the state I would not recommend this place to anyone who have a loved one that they truly We are working hard to get my auntie out of here

The care of my mom received while encompass healthcare was exceptional. The nursing staff was friendly and attentive and I believe they had my mom's best interested heart. They discharged her prematurely as she wasn't really ready to come home I wish it would have been explained to me thoroughly at the time of discharge because she couldn't even stand a little long walk to the bathroom which is what is necessary to live outside of the hospital. I was disappointed that she wasn't ready but I understand that these things aren't written on Stone and it is what it is, all in all it was a good facility and a good experience. My mom is receiving further care at this time at San Joaquin rehab hospital. Marie was exceptional and helping me find the solutions I needed and to get my mom discharged.
