Embark Animal Club services are always 100%+. Our Shar Pei female dog loves Victor.

Embark offers a range of services which are always excellent and very reliable.

The service price is very competitive and reasonable.

I always receive an email with a report for the recent visit with photos.

Can not say enough wonderful things about EmBark! Victor and Juli are lovely, and more important, so reliable. Communication is excellent and they care about pets as if they were their own. My corgi LOVES them and always looks forward to a visit!

Juli + Victor are the best! Positive word of mouth and multiple referrals led us to them when we moved to Evanston. We are so lucky to have found them, as it is SO hard to trust somebody new in your home and with your baby. They go above and beyond, are super thorough and I can tell they love my dog as if he were their own. My dog is 14 now, I would highly recommend their services, they take great care in customizing what your pet needs.

I had hesitated in trying to find a dog walker/ pet sitter for my dog Perry because as a herding dog she does not warm up to strangers quickly and would require the same dog walker all the time. She also has some leash reactivity and has to keep a safe distance from other dogs. At home she is an absolute sweetheart, but I was starting to think that I would never find someone that I trusted to handle her and that I would never take a dog-less vacation until I read a great review about Juli and Victor and decided to schedule a meet and greet. Juli arrived and she was wonderful and very understanding and by the end of our meeting Perry was licking her face and taking treats from her hand. I hired them on the spot and for the first few dogs walks Perry wasn’t very well welcoming (lol lots of barking and difficulty putting her harness on) but they persevered and with time, kindness, and patience Perry is now a changed dog. She looks forward to their visits, and Juli and Victor always send me photos and videos showing how sweet and playful she is on walks. She also doesn’t get as upset when new people come to the home and sometimes she doesn’t even care at all. I think they’ve helped boost her confidence and made her a happier dog. And yes, I have now been able to take a few vacations… 

I was really hesitant about getting someone to walk my little guy but that was put to rest the moment Julie and Victor met him.
They had such an ease about them, you could tell they truly love what they do. ZoBo looked forward to his daily morning walk with Victor. I am so glad I found a place I could trust with ZoBo if ever I need them again ... thank you Julie and Victor!

EmBark has been wonderful! Juli is so good with my pets. I have pets who often require special care, and she hasn't blinked at needing to give meds to a bitey rat or eye drops to a squirming rabbit. I often refer people to them both as a pet parent and as a fellow pet sitter!

EmBark pet-sitters are incredible! We have an older dog with multiple health issues and anxiety. Juli and her team take such wonderful care of her when we are gone. They are kind, attentive and we trust them 100%. In addition to our dog, we also have a rather complicated cat who requires lots of patience. I am so grateful to have found EmBark and highly recommend them!

EmBark is the absolute best - it is clear that Juli and Victor truly care about and love what they do. Our dog's daily walks with Juli have been the highlight of his day. Juli is incredibly reliable and shows up to walk our Max every day, rain or shine - she is so sweet and kind to our pup, and shows such dedication and attention to every element of his care - she gives him a little treat, makes sure his paws are clean before he walks around the house (my rugs are grateful!), and makes sure he has food and water. We love getting the daily updates and pictures in their app and I am so relieved to know Max is in such good hands while we are at work! We wholeheartedly recommend EmBark to anyone who loves their pet as much as we do 🙂
