I have worked at ECHRS for three years and in those three years the resident to staff ratio is wonderful. Being able to care for our residents and patients thoroughly with upmost care has been a strive I have always wanted. Being a CNA is already very hard and not for the weak but, where I worked before taking care of thirty plus to now four is not only beneficial to myself, but more importantly to someone else’s loved one.

2023 was a rough year for me and I was a short-term patient 3 times in 5 months. I received excellent care. The facility is clean, the employees are kind, and the food is good. I would definitely recommend!

My mother received horrible care that I feel led to her death. She had congestive heart failure. She gained 30lbs in 10 days. Dr. Was not contacted but family was called to bring in bigger clothes. Everyday I was told her weight was the same. After the request for bigger clothes, I insisted they weigh her in front of me. She had gained 30lbs in 10 and I asked them to contact Dr.

When she left and arrived at the new home, she had covid and mersa. She died in < ! Month. I would not place anyone I loved here. Poor care.

They are taking such good care of my mom she might never want to come home. And a shout out to the girls in the bistro...not only are they incredibly sweet...the food is top notch! God bless all of them and what they do!

These people are so wonderful! My grandmother felt safe in this place and it felt like everyone really cared. She was there on a few occasions, the second time because they had put her in another place amd she demanded to be brought back here. Thank you to everyone working there... You made a difference during a hard time in my grandmothers life.

My dad went here for rehab. Definitely NOT what we expected. Very disappointed. Did have a couple nurses/aides who knew how to do their job. Too many errors and poor patient care. DO NOT recommend. A grievance was filed and did make sure appropriate people knew what our complaints were.😟

Absolutely the best! My father lives there in Eaton Gardens/Victoria Ln. Everyone is friendly and caring. It puts our hearts at ease knowing he is well taken care of.

A nice clean place for those who live here but in 7 years of multiple visits weekly I and my family have seen a big void between the head office and their nursing staff. To many nurses and CNA'S not staying or just relieved due to poor management in the head office!!!!!!! I and my family have seen to many leave that better negotiating with employees to keep them and maintain a better facility with better morale!!!!!!
