Whether it's a phone call, email, or text, this staff communicates effectively regarding anything from appointments to simple (sometimes stupid) new pet owner questions! The staff who greeted us and the Vet were all friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They addressed everything we needed and more and reached out after the appointment to make sure I had answers for my pet needs. Excellent experience ?

We brought our two cats to establish care with Dr. Chana and could not have been more pleased with the care and service we received from start to finish! Everyone that we interacted with (CSRs, techs, and dr) were all so kind and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean, the exam room had soft calming bird sounds playing during our appointment which helped soothe our anxious kitties. The technician took our patient history and shortly after Dr. Chana came in to discuss our appointment needs. She answered all of our questions (of which there were many) and was very thorough. We felt heard and safe and cared for. We treat our pets just like family members and we felt comfortable knowing that their care is in great hands. Excellent quality of medicine and service, which is hard to come by in this area, and felt like a breath of fresh air! We made the trip up from Lake County just for this hospital and will happily make the drive every time.

Awesome experience! Brought my kitten in for his vaccinations. The vet laid out my options for vaccinations and gave me the pricing range before anything was done. Also, everyone there is very kind and willing to answer any of my questions. Would definitely recommend!

Been coming here for years, never have had a bad interaction with any of the staff. Doctors and assistants have always been great. We unfortunately had to put our old pup down a few weeks ago; they were very helpful in his final treatment and very sympathetic, and made the whole process a bit better. ? Even when we had to put our old cat Bo down a few years ago, same respect. Thank you.

Absolute worst place iI've ever stepped foot into for pet care. Staff was not friendly and never even introduced themselves when it was our first time there. The vet didn't even know my pets name and wanted to use my diagnosis I explained for the visit and get credit for the information. Vet had nothing to offer and was not knowledgeable at all. I was seeking answers for my pet and got none. If looking for good pet care- this is NOT a good choice! Take your pet to a place that cares. East Hill, unfortunately isnt it.
