Highly recommend this boarding and training facility. The horses are well cared for, well fed, and turned out every day (weather permitting). Whether you are new to horses and interested in taking horseback riding lessons or are a seasoned rider looking for training advice, John Bautz (the owner/trainer) can help. He's had years of experience putting horses under saddle and training some out of their bad habits...AND his lesson horses are perfect for beginners.

This barn is the best! It has a great atmosphere, quality care for the horses, excellent ownership, and wonderful training. John has worked with my horses for several years and I trust him implicitly. The results are amazing. I feel my horses are safe and well taken care of and I just can’t say enough good things about this place. The barn atmosphere truly is a family with a great environment for all types of riding disciplines. John provides quality feed, expert knowledge in horse care and training, and a fabulous facility where both owners and their horses are happy.

We love it here! The care is impeccable, the pastures unlike anything we've seen elsewhere. The barn is clean, organized, and provides a positive atmosphere for both experienced horse enthusiasts and newbies. The horses are happy and healthy, with daily turnout (weather permitting). John is kind, patient, and understanding with both horses and boarders—the latter of which can undoubtedly prove more difficult at times. Kudos to John, Janis, and all the hired help who keep this place running like a well-oiled machine. Anyone on the hunt for a new home for their horse, you won't find a better place—or better people.

This is a great barn to be at. We have lot of original boarders .Everyone is happy and friendly. I'm an original boarder that came back after being gone a couple of years. John's an awesome trainer.A nice quiet guy with a lot a patience ! He has a great knowledge into the mind if a horse. He did a great job with my Mustang when I met him. The horses all are very happy .Great family environment !

We have been at the barn for a couple of years and have been 100% pleased with the cleanliness, reliable service and friendly, helpful atmosphere. We are very particular about our horses and are slow to rely on anyone else to care for them. In this case, however, we have been truly happy with John Bautz and with the way he runs his operation. He is always willing to go the extra mile. For serious horse enthusiasts, the facilities offer a really large indoor riding arena (with good footing), an even larger outdoor riding arena, plenty of turnouts, pastures for grazing, stalls cleaned daily, and a lot more. There is a real sense of family here, with everyone helping each other out. There is also an absence of drama...we give a strong thumbs up!

My daughter rides at this barn. She absolutely loves it. The indoor and outdoor arenas are big and beautiful. The horses are well cared for. If you get to know John, you will quickly see his knowledge and passion for the horses.

This was my son's first experience riding a horse. He is easily distracted and a bit of a thrill seeker. He was super excited and I was a bit hesitant. After watching the trainer with the horses and other children my mind was at ease. The horses are so well trained that even when my son gets distracted they are experienced enough to keep him safe. His lessons have helped him become not only a good rider, but also a more confident young man.

My daughter took riding lessons from John and truly enjoyed learning from him. He is so patient and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend his services and his horses to learn from! We are going for more lessons as soon as time allows.
