I have an elderly family member recently housed in this facility for medical rehab. The staff is friendly, caring & helpful. The facility is clean & cheery. There are also different events listed on their bulletin boards giving residents the ability/option to congregate & celebrate together.

My 1st time at a facility like this and my wife chose it for the cleanliness and PT equipment. I was on 3rd floor E and the staff, nurses and patient aids were very courteous, patient and helpful. Special words for my physical therapist "Shohel-PT", he took the time to explain every exercise and the reason being done. He was very supportive and became a major player in my recovery.

We admitted my aunt last night everyone was very attentive. Today is our first day and the staff has been extremely professional and nice. We’ll see what the future brings. Hopefully, hopefully it remains the same.!

In comparison with one that my brother was in , it's 100% better over all. I also must say that the staff & the other patients are very very happy , talkative well relaxed environment, clean; spacious in each room.

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to CNA, Tanesha Sutherland, she's a true gem and always pleasant, attentive and very helpful. My rating for DBNRC is A+. My mom's room is spotless and so is the dining room and the entire facility. Thank you to all the staff for your assistance, politeness and services.

Although it's too early for a detailed review. My family and i are very pleased with how clean the premise is and how attentive the staff and nurses are.

I'm happy that I chose Downtown Brooklyn Rehab for my mother. Years ago, my Aunt was there and my mother never complained about the place. Thus far, I'm pleased with the staff and all of the administrators. They are easy to talk to, willing to help my mom and make her comfortable but also on their job to help Rehab the clients. I have another family member there who's long-term. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the main entrance door automaton is not working.

Sabrina, Gabby, Keri from Finance explained situation. Nurse Barbara wound nurse spoke with me the day before regarding infection, she was concerned about my mother's
Infection buttocks not healing.

The young lady in charge of the 2nd floor room where we have the mass is such a pleasant and helpful person. She sets up the room and usually has everything ready for us when we come. Wonderful young lady. Her name is India.
