Terrifying experience for me and my two small children.
I was searching for a cat to add to our family, so thought I would stop by. I pulled up to the facility with my toddler and baby. It is very small and does not look well maintained, poop smears right by the front door, and the property itself is overgrown. I would have left right there, but I had told my son we were going to see cats and wanted to follow through for him if I could. As soon as I opened the front door there were 6 dogs in cages right there, 1 or 2 of them extremely aggressive. The noise was and sight was terrifying for my young children, I saw no workers there, and immediately left. I was comforting my crying children and loading them back in the car, when I noticed there was a loose dog inside their front gate too. It should absolutely not be open to the public. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE!

They came and dognapped our dog after a karen lied to them about her being on a chain all the time. Totally false! Animal control came when we were at a wedding and simply took the dog without any discretion, didn't leave any notice anywhere, took her one collar off apparently thinking I wouldn't be able to track her and put her in one of their dingy little pens that had a very bad smell. Can say the guy at the facility was OK but the ones that took her had no common sense or knowledge of the situation.

very nice shelter and people. our puppy, truly, now roxy, had been brought back to the shelter and the workers were upfront about why, even if it was nipping.

I will never forget the love and care my pup received. I've had him for over 4 years now and cherish ever day. The shelter even helped house him when I was moving. Thank you so much for being amazing people!
